Great room space for very reasonable price. Our room was very clean. The available facilities (gym, pool, restaurant) made our stay very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Houston.

Overall great stay! Room was clean staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk was quick and knowledgeable during check in. Very easy process. Location is great within minutes from lots of things. Safe and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again

Room was clean. Staff was great! Cynthia was especially helpful. Get there early, parking is limited. Kitchenette was very clean and useful. No complaints. Not a brand new hotel. I’d stay here again for appt visits.

Not my best hotel but it worked. Over priced for its environment. Beware there is a parking charge per day and there was not anywhere to park. My room did have a stove and fridge. So you can cook if you like to.

The front office staff are forever short and behave inconvenienced 24/7. Never a kind word. No offer to accommodate on anything. NO shuttles offered beyond the hospitals. Told to, "call a taxi or Uber." Will continue to stay at the InterContinental Medical Center Houston for all my future trips. Stayed there for 10 days in November. Entire staff was super helpful, accommodating and FABULOUS! Hotel offers a shuttle to all hospitals and other places for shopping and such. The InterContinental Medical Center Houston is clean, comfy, well-furnished, looks elegant, well staffed, and serious about customer service.

Basic hotel for those who need to be close to the hospital”
This hotel is ok if your main purpose is for medical treatment. It is very close to MD Anderson cancer center and a number of other hospitals. The rooms are old though and some of the staff are not service oriented. This Wyndham hotel was acquired and rebranded to Doubletree by Hilton. I hope the service improves under the new management.

Breakfast buffet was so-so, very expensive for what you get. The floor in front of the buffet was sticky. Parking in open parking lot was expensive. Accosted by beggar, but the staff did chase him off after notification. Tap water had some dirt in it, but that may have been Houston water. All in all, for an expensive stay it was marginal. Will try another hotel next time.

They do not offer housekeeping except for every 4 days, if you want clean towels everyday you have to tell them every morning by a certain time and hopefully you'll be one of the lucky ones who gets them and no they did not tell me this when I checked in. Not a classy Wyndham like you'd expect.. the staff was great except for 1 man I think he was the supervisor/manager he was very rude to guest and employees.

My friend’s IPad was missing (stolen more like) at the hotel. We reported the frustrated incident to the hotel and police...and magically, the iPad was found and returned to the owner. We all immediately checked out the next day. If you do stay at this hotel, all valuable belongings shouldn’t be left in the room.

Late arrival after hospital visiting hours only to find “no rooms available” despite reservation and confirmation number. This was not an Agoda issue. Wyndham overbooked and wanted to send me to an associated hotel. I refused and booked my own room next door and paid the difference myself to prevent late night travel in cold rainy downtown Houston. 🤯😧

This place sucks..toilet will flush after 30 seconds disgusting!!will charge 40 bucks for early check in.

I wouldn't pay more than $130 for this hotel. Somewhat old and stuffy rooms, not super impressed with the pool or the overall amenities. The restaurant area was so cold I had to wear all my clothes to be able to have breakfast. The staff were nice though.
