When we checked in that day around 5pm, there was a Long queue, mostly are locals. Apparently the check in counter caters both to rooms check in as well as guests who are there to enjoy the facilities. We waited 1 hour while waiting to check in. However, the facilities and services totally made up for it. Basically it’s a one stop relaxation with outdoor baths, massage, relaxation rooms, food, Japanese rooms, arcade as well as the roof top foot bath, overlooking the Yokohama Fairies Wheel. You will need to make sure you wear the hand tag given to you during check in as this has a bar code. And for which ever services/food that you have purchased inside the centre, upon check out, you will be charged accordingly. In the event if you need to go out of the centre, you need to deposit your tag, including your room tap card at the counter, and they will assign you a tag number. This is an excellent place to spend the day, relaxing, barefooted inside the entire facilities

One day getaway ”

Was in Japan for a holiday, planned for a day trip to Yokohama and opted to stay one-night here. Very pleasant stay indeed. Staff was friendly and facilities was good too. Definitely recommended !

Only meant as day trip”

The location is quite far when you are carrying heavy luggage. No one spoke English when I attempted to check-in, thank god I printed a copy of my stay and Google translate. I checked-in for a one night stay with 2 futon. You set up your own bed and you only have a toilet in the room, you have to shower downstairs. I checked out the following day and asked if they could keep my luggage for a couple hours while I explored the area. They said they didn't do that......I never had an issue leaving my luggage at any hotel in Japan. I would advise only day trips or overnight trip without all your luggage. The spa itself was nice, however, strong chlorine smell up until my second shower the following day.

An awesome onsen clubhouse”

It's got awesome onsen pools and three sauna rooms, that's just really great. The only downside is the club is a little bit out reach from the nearest metro, need a 10 mins walk and you will freeze in winter times as you are basically at the port side of Yokohama. There is a shuttle bus but the schedule is only once per hour.

Too much chlorine in the onsen water”

Because the front desk is on 7th floor, where you have to remove your shoes and put in a provided bag to enter, while the guest rooms are on the 5th floor where you can enter only via the entrance on 7th floor, it makes it troublesome if you stay at the hotel and want to travel out in the day. If you forgot something in your room, you would have to go through the 7th-floor-shoe-removing then down to 5th floor guest room, retrieve your item, and go back to 7th-floor-putting-on-shoes and then you can get out from ground floor. This makes it just a tad inconvenient. Also, the onsen left too much of a chlorine smell on my fingers. I've been to onsen towns where 4 nights of soaking in the onsen made my eczema vanish. However, 4 nights of soaking in this onsen made my eczema worse. That said, the facilities are good and the open-air baths are very enjoyable. I just wish the water is better.

溫泉俱樂部 習所有大全於一身 餐廳 住宿 遊樂設施都有 ，好方便。 屋頂睇摩天輪夜景好靚 溫泉好舒服 大型行李箱 check in 先可以keep,但第2日check out 就唔可以，too bad,超唔方便。 下次去唔會再book房住，係public 區都有梳化椅，又大又舒服又靜，果d慳反唔少，張椅可以全平咁訓，有毛氈俾你用，好安靜好正。

スタッフ”

2泊しました。お部屋は狭いが綺麗でした。しかしフロントスタッフは親切な人もいれば不親切な人もいました。 特に若い男性スタッフは、おもてなし精神にかけるかな？と思う方がいて残念でした。 レストランのスタッフは、気遣いが出来て、気持ち良く食事が出来ました。

清潔感とロケーションは良かったですが、受付が、、、”

先日カップルで一泊しました！足湯からの景色はすごく素敵で、そこで、お酒が売ってたりも楽しめて良かったです！お風呂もたくさんあって、清潔感もあり、気持ちよくゆっくりできる空間でした。泊まったお部屋は、広くはないですが、窓からの眺めもよく、加湿器まで置いてあって、親切だなと思いました。ただ、受付で、私はサイトを利用して、予約したんですが、予約の確認にかなり時間もかかり、かかった割には、その後スムーズにされるわけでもなく、確認が取れず焦っていたりしたのかもしれないですが、何度も同じことを聞かれて、手際の悪さと接客での配慮が全く感じられませんでした。帰りの際もチェックアウトの時間近くなのに、フロントの方は1人か2人で、手が空いてるのか空いてないのかわからないような方もいて、行列ができていて、7.8人待っている中でしたが、スタッフ同士声をかけて、スムーズにやったりというような空気は感じられず、の割には流れ作業な接客でしたので、待たせるのに対して当たり前なのかなと思うような流れでした。ぜひ見直して頂きたいです。中の方達の接客はとてもよかったので、なおさら。食事は夜と朝利用したんですが朝食は計り売りなんですが、計り売りのものがどれかとかちょっと分かりづらく、10時前のぐらいに行ってほとんど品数もなく、の割にはごはん、お味噌汁、サラダも小皿ぐらい、ウインナー3本唐揚げ1個ゆで卵ぐらいで900円近く割高でした。朝は利用しないと思います。

お風呂も広く気持ちよかったです。 　リラックスルームにもそれぞれ携帯の充電器があり使い勝手がよかったです

오션뷰 야경 보이는 방 특가로 나와서 잘 묵었음 식당, 온천(바다 보이는 노천탕 굿), 주점 다 잘 갖춰져있어서 일단 놀고 쉬기가 편함 일본식 아침 먹는 재미도 있었던 곳~ 직원들도 친절! 위치도 대로변에 있어서 잘 보임!

역에서 멀지만 만족할만한 숙소”

역에서 캐리어 끌고가기 멀다. 요코하마역과 온천호텔사이를 운행하는 셔틀이 있는데 다음날 퇴실때 알고 이용함. 그 외 온천물 좋고 숙소 만족하고 부대시설 훌륭함.

거리는 캐리어 끌고 걸어 가기엔 조금 멀어요. 택시 타면 5분도 안걸리는 것 같고요. 그리고 직원분들이 영어를 거의 못합니다. 숙소는 오래된 여관느낌이고 온천욕장에서 수영장 소독 락스 냄새가 좀 심하게 나요. 씻고 나면 머리카락에 수분이 쪼옥 빠져서 푸석해집니다. 그냥저냥 온천욕하고 숙소 이용하고 큰 기대 안하면 나쁘지는 않지만 가격대비 비추입니다.

Yokohama Pacifico 전시회장 주변 온천 호텔”

전시회장에서 도보로 이동이 가능하며 하네다 공항에서도 리무진 버스로 1시간 내 이동이 가능한 위치가 좋았다. 온천 내 시설 이용이 무료라 목욕을 자유롭게 할 수 있는 점이 좋았고, 방에서도 바다가 보이며 세면대와 변기가 있어 개인적인 공간이 보장되어 추천하고 싶다.
