Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Good location - but need own transport or taxi to get there. Walking from nearest bus stop on the main road is difficult if you have luggage! Excellent in every other way.

The room was basic but nice. The breakfast was a little underwhelming and very similar to a hostel breakfast, some fruit would help. I had arranged a slightly later check out by email but this hadn't been communicated with all staff but didn't really cause any issues. The staff were nice enough but not very forthcoming with information. I asked if there was anything nearby to see and told no, although I later heard them telling another group about a bar and restaurant. I didn't have an adapter for my phone (my fault I know) and when I asked about one they recommended the airport! he finally let me charge it in his computer. The hotel booked me a taxi to the airport as they said they only had the shuttle service at 5pm..too late for my flight, and it was nearly 20 euros for a 5 minute journey!!! If I had an overnight stay again with a later flight the next day, I would definitely go to Venice as it would cost the same amount to get there on the boat and there is so much more to do.

Satisfactory for one night only”

We arrived late at night (approximately 11pm) and we stood at the front desk for about 5 minutes with two people standing behind the desk completely ignoring us. No nice welcome or even a hello, eventually we were just told to hand over our passports and for me to forward the email of our booking to their email (thought this was a little strange?). The rooms are were okay but one of them didn't have a cover for the duvet. The morning staff were a lot more polite and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. Overall, it was satisfactory for one night, a little disappointed and if returning to Venice on a late flight would book elsewhere.

Great character hotel”

Three of us returning from a dolomite ski trip (Val Di Fiemme - a must Ski!) looking for somewhere close to Venice airport and good value. We couldn’t have picked better, a quaint converted farmhouse (well ranch really by size of it) sympathetically restored into a lovel, cosy hotel with all the comforts required at a super price. Double rooms were big and spacious and spotless. Only thing I would say is that those of medium build or more will have some fun in the small shower cubicle as soon as you move or bend your backside hits the water tap and shuts off the shower! All part of the character of the place! Breakfast was good and the coffee should be spelt COFFEE - it will certainly wake you up! Hotel was within walking distance of a couple of eating places and we had great value food in one of them. No hesitation in using the hotel again and would recommend it to people wanting a break from the monotonous chain hotels out there!

Not a good sleep”

We spent a night after a late flight and although we were very tired, we could hardly sleep as the bed was awful. We probably got a room that was designed for a wheelchair because the sink was so low it was backbreaking to use. The air conditioning kept turning itself off and I had to wake up and turn it on. Breakfast was very elementary.

Good hotel out of town”

The hotel is good neat and clean even moderate breakfast staffs also friendly, but it’s not in town public transport is available to Venice app 20 minutes to Venice bus tickets will available near bus stop tabachi shop bus stop 5 minutes away from hotel, near by a very good restaurant for dinner nice octopus salad and other dishes, overall hotel is budget type and good

Good deal near the airport”

We needed a place to spend the night after a late flight and this place fit the bill. 5 minutes in a shuttle 5 euro per person) and you are there. Didn't hear any planes, but lots of traffic noise from the busy road. Room spacious and clean, nice continental breakfast on a sunny terrace or inside. Bathroom was clean, even though housekeeping could do better - threadbare towels, black grout and stained carpets in the hall detract from the appearance. It is good for a one night stay near the airport, but I wouldn't spend an entire vacation there.

A lovely stay not far from Venice ”

A beautiful old farmstead lovely transformed into an appropriate place to stay. Gigantic bed, fresh white linen, private bath with all supplies needed. Stunning breakfast made with love. The staff is calm, relaxed, very friendly and 24 hours at your service if needed. Shuttle Service works well, drivers are a slight economic ;) A little far from Venice of course but honestly a tranquil alternative to touristic Venice.

La verdad lo mejor el desayuno, el hotel es de paso, la habitación estaba sin reformar, para una noche y a ese precio la verdad no sé puede pedir más, el servicio de lanzadera del aeropuerto al hotel debería de ser gratuito, te cobran 5€ x persona.

Sehr nette Unterkunft in der Nähe des Flughafens”

Eine tolle Anlage mit schönen und sauberen Zimmern. Wir hatten sie wg. eines frühen Fluges gewählt, zum flughafen kommt man mit dem Hotel-Shuttle (€5). In die Innenstadt von Venedig via Bus 5, Haltestelle ca. 5-10 Min vom Hotel. Alles in allen eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung, ich würde hier flughafenbedingt wieder buchen. Für einen Aufenthalt in der Stadt ist ein zentrumnahes Hotel aber wahrscheinlich besser geeignet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr nette und hilfsbereite Personal des Hotels - mille grazie!!

Hotel romantico”

Uma graca o hotel, tem onibus para Veneza e direto do aeroporto. Tivemos que caminhar porque utilizamos transporte publico. Foi uma otima escolha porque deixamos o carro no estacionamento e fomos a Veneza de onibus. Hotel limpo e surpreende com o clima romantico e campestre.
