From the time we drove onto the premises until we left....amazing. The check in was smooth and efficient. The unit was clean and was ready to be occupied. The host paid attention to detail, even had a baby tub for my little one. The 1min walk to the beach is exactly that, 1min. We really enjoyed our stay, will definitely be booking again

The swimming pools, play area & the BBQ areas. Proximity to the beach & swimming area with lifeguards. The kitchen is well eqipped & the beds are comfortable.
A lot of the visitors played loud music on various large speakers. The guard even commented on this & when asked he said" There's nothing he can do. People don't listen!" He did however say that it wasn't normally so bad!

The incompetent security, the 101 questions you have to answer at the gate although you have booking confirmation causes long lines of traffic. The manner in which the securities address themselves. The lack of understanding and communication between reception and security. Terrible WiFi signal which we had to useoff the receptionist office and not the actual apartment.
