"I like the room because it is big and cozy enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. But the bathroom needs improvement. The water is so slow. No hot and cold water in the shower. Broken faucets and the tiles are moldy and dusty. No electric kettle upon arrival you have to request for it but they do have complimentary water and coffee. Aircon in the 2nd floor is quite hot. It needs cleaning. Water in the pool is kinda itchy maybe they need to replace it instead of adding more chlorine. But i like the exclusivity of the place. Less crowded so more privacy for us. Food is ordinary. And lastly, they only give us 2 complimentary breakfast instead of 4, they said that agoda made a mistake by indicating free breakfast for 4 pax. Good thing we brought a lot of cup noodles. Because no store is available around the area. You have to go out all the way to the highway if you need somethig. (Hotel is located inside an subdivision) and their restaurant is hot. Air conditioning needs fixing."
