I would never recommend this place. It was extremely dirty. The staff ignored us. 3 items on menu”
Not worth the price. I would not pay more than P700 for this place. Breakfast is free but they only offer egg and rice. Even for lunch or dinner you have the same 2 choices. Staff was not helpful at all. When we needed something we had to go find them only to be ignored. They never cleaned our room. In fact I asked for a broom to be able to sweep it myself. Bed is uncomfortable. Air conditioner only worked by plug (safety hazard) and was not very cool. The pool is so dirty I didn't even swim in it. The only positive thing I will say is that we arrived early and they let us into our room at 9am. But that's probably only because there were not any other travelers staying there. The location is good if you need to be in pug-os (which I did). The hot water worked well in the shower. I would not recommend this place and I would never stay there again. Not worth it. I would rather sleep in a tent on the beach.

This is the only available beach resort in the area that is supposed to be good, however because of the poor maintenance by the management, it is really not an A-class of resort. Good enough if you want something a little cheaper for an overnight stay. The pool is turbid ( it means the water may have never been changed for a decade). The beach is better - my family had fun there. The rooms were also not well kept. The management needs to update their posts in the web because it is deceiving the clients.

Tired and in need of sprucing up”
Where do I even start? 1. The limited menu (specially if you're stuck here and not aware of other eating establishment choices) need to be worked on. None of the sandwiches on the menu are available. Really? Then take them off the menu. And isn't it easier to make sandwiches than cook something elaborate? Not quite sure who the market is for this resort but if you are traveling with children (who are picky eaters) then this might be an issue to you. The first day we had coffee (instant), the water was lukewarm and the coffee mix clumped. We even joked about it but I don't think the wait staff appreciated it. On our last breakfast, we were served almost-cooked rice. You can still taste the grains. Itf you can't cook rice correctly... 2. The bathroom in my room was on the filthy side. There were cockroaches! I wish I could upload a pic that I took the minute I tried to use the toilet. 3. The towels provided left fiber residue on your face and body. It was very irritating to say the least. 4. There must be a rule among the staff that prohibits them from smiling. And for the good: 1. The all day breakfast selections were good except for the tapa. 2. The beach itself was nice. 3. There was an acoustic band one of the nights we stayed. That was kinda nice. Otherwise, it's very quiet. 4. The reservations thru Agoda went without a hitch. We even upgraded one of the rooms without any problems. 5. The staff were helpful but task-oriented and business like.

The location, ambiance, food and dining is satisfying. The location, near the hi-way and tourist spots. Aside the dirty bath and comfort room. On the 2nd day, I'm requesting to clean the room, but when we arrived at night, still the room, bath and comfort room are dirty, they will not clean, aside of changing bath towel, water and tissue paper.

If it is not for the beach i will rate it 2. The service is so poor, the lady in the front desk does not even value costumers. The food is expensive and the taste is not worth it. Nice view though
