We used this hotel for our first trip to Taipei with our family of four. We stayed in two twin rooms for three nights. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and we were able to enjoy a comfortable stay. - The view from the room faced a service area and another guest room, so the window had frosted glass and we couldn't enjoy the outside view. Since we mainly used the room for sleeping, it didn't bother us much. - The air conditioning didn't have much fine adjustment even when we set the temperature, so it was too cold and we ended up turning it off. Even when set to heating, cold air was coming out. It seemed like the whole building had a central air conditioning system instead of individual units, so we may have only been able to adjust the airflow. We stayed starting March 23, and mornings in Taiwan were still quite chilly, which was a bit inconvenient. It may be more comfortable to bring your own pajamas. - The bathroom had shampoo and body soap provided. There was also hand soap that doubled as shaving soap in the sink. - For pajamas, there was a yukata provided (is this for Japanese guests?). The air conditioning made the yukata feel cold, so it's better for those who can bring their own pajamas to have a more comfortable experience in the chilly mornings. I slept in the yukata, but it was cold, so I warmed up with a morning shower. The shower water didn't turn to cold; it stayed hot. - Due to amendments in regulations by Taiwan's tourism bureau, there were no amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, or shower caps available. - There were disposable slippers, a refrigerator, a safe, a television, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, cups, instant coffee, tea bags, and oolong tea packets, as well as glasses in the bathroom. The refrigerator was set to the highest setting (10), but when I stored juice and beer in the drink holder, they became supercooled and started to freeze when I tried to drink them. I think it would be better to set it to around 5. However, cooling is a good thing, so that was fine. - The television didn't have good picture quality, but Japanese NHK was available via satellite. - Besides bottled water in the room, there was a water dispenser in the gym area where we could refill. There was no ice. I didn't find out if we could get water at the front desk. It's advisable not to drink tap water in Taiwan, so for drinking water, one would have to use bottled water or water from the dispenser. - The desk lamp could be turned off with a switch, but be cautious as the two-socket outlet that the lamp was plugged into also lost power. I realized in the morning that my phone, which I was charging using that outlet, hadn't charged because it was disconnected; it might be an obvious phenomenon, but it surprised me a bit. By the way, it has a 110V outlet, so I could charge my devices without any problem using Japanese plugs. - The toilet had a bidet, but even when activated, the water didn't reach my backside, so it seemed to be malfunctioning. Toilet paper can be flushed directly down the toilet. - They changed bath towels, face towels, and foot towels daily, took out the trash, restocked bottled water, and made the beds every day. - There is a shared laundry room that is available from 9 AM to 10 PM. There is only one washing machine and dryer, so it's first come, first served. I didn't get a chance to use it since the timing didn't work out. - There is a gym, and there were customers using it. It seemed to have three treadmills, a chest press, an ab bench, and another machine for upper body workouts, one each. - There was someone at the front desk who spoke Japanese and they were very kind. There was staff available to hold our luggage before the 3 PM check-in, and they were very accommodating. - Most importantly, for sightseeing around Taipei, the access was excellent; we could enter the hotel's basement directly from exit M6, and it was really convenient to go to the front desk or to our room floor by elevator. The entrance to the MRT's Bannan Line and Tamsui-Xinyi Line is just steps away from exit M6, which made sightseeing easy. I placed the luggage bought in bulk at Carrefour in my room before heading out again for sightseeing. Also, the bus stop was immediately visible to the right when exiting onto the main street, and the bus ride to Zhendao Temple Station only took one stop, making it easy to go to the Huhandoujang. - I had breakfast outside each day, so I didn't use the hotel's breakfast service. I thought it was a bit expensive at around 3000 yen per person, but I noticed quite a few people using it
From Taipei Station's underground, it is connected to Exit M6 (stairs only), so I think it's convenient even on bad weather days. Carrying a suitcase up and down the stairs is quite difficult, so I used Exit M8, which has an escalator, but it requires a bit of walking. The front desk can communicate in Japanese, and the staff is polite, so I felt reassured. I booked my stay without breakfast this time, but there are restaurants, convenience stores, and department stores nearby, so I don't think you'll have trouble finding meals. The room was cleaned daily, and they replenished the water, which was helpful, but if I were to be picky, I would appreciate having an extra set of hand towels. There are no amenities in the room, so bringing your own is essential. (Shampoo, body soap, and hand soap are provided.) I felt a bit concerned about the water pressure, but considering the location, I think it's a good cost-performance ratio. I would like to use this place again if given the opportunity. I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient as it was right in front of the main station. The room was more spacious than in most hotels, making it very comfortable, and all the necessary amenities were well-prepared. Additionally, the hotel was surrounded by great restaurants, shopping spots, and a beautiful park, which made the stay even more enjoyable. However, what impressed me the most was the kindness of the staff. They were professional, courteous, and always greeted guests with warm smiles. If possible, I would give this hotel a 100-star rating! I highly recommend this outstanding hotel.
Booked Superior Single room and it was bigger than other hotels around the same area. The room is bright and clean. Every morning, we were greeted by the housekeeper and they did a good job. We walked to Ximending which was slightly further but still work for us. Good experience from ground staff at the reception and not forgetting the doorman and the concierge, all greeted every guests with a smile and genuine care showed upon arrival. Will definitely stay in Caesar Park Hotel again.

Us, a family of 5, 3 Young boys 9 to 12 years of age. After a long research on hotels and such, we decided to this Caesar Park Hotel fot the 10 days stay! They have; 1. CLEAN, BUG FREE AND SMELL FREE QUEEN SIZED BEDS! We read so many reviews on different hotels and etc, last thing you want after a long walk is to bed lying down in infested smelly bed.. Caesar park is not that! Never we feels so at home from every day hot tours! 2. COLD AIRCON! Yes!!! Nothing beats this!! 3. CLEAN bathroom, bathtub and the toilet seat are heated ones and also it has a automated butt sprayer for your bumb! Heated water too!! Hahha 4. Staffs are epic! Friendly and Respectfull! 5. It has key operated safe box! 6. They clean the room, toilet and replace new towels and kimonos daily! 7. Water, coffee and tea bags are replaced daily too. 8. Hair dryer provided. 9. The hotel is located right above the metro station and there's lift leading up to the hotels' lobby. Exit at M6 of the blue line and the subway it self is a mall!! It has been a safe, enjoyable and fun vacation for us 5. My kids and wife loves the hotel and all the activities we planned and so. Will definitely recommend this hotel for those who are with kids and the 1st time in Taipei!
