the service is so so nowadays
Comfort room, pleasant staff
this round, the service is really not so good. I have been staying there every times i travel to Taipei, but after this, i might consider of changing to other hotel. the internet in the room is suck. It keep disconnected. Also since i paying quite high fee for the hotel room and they giving me the free mini bar, it doesn't get refill the next day!! what kind of service is this? it is really so disappointing with this so called 5 star hotel.
