Exceptional”
This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable overnight stay. Comfortable bed and pillows beautifully clean , excellent breakfast. True value for money in a lovely location. All the staff from desk to cleaners were friendly and happy and obliging. I could not fault this hotel especially for the excellent value for money that it is. I have already recommended this to friends and would happily stay here again.

Great for groups”
Stayed for 1 night in a Studio with Balcony, and couldn’t be more happy with it. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We were a group of four and there was plenty of room for bags etc. (although bathroom was a little cramped). Having the dining table to seat all of us, as well as chairs and enough space on the balcony, meant there were multiple seating areas to spread out. Would definitely stay again :)

Great place to stay. Very welcoming staff. Rooms very clean. Good rates Right on the esplanade. Close to everything you need. Great pool. Discount at muddys . We met the owner a lovely man. He gave my daughter a beautiful book which he signed. Would definitely recommend staying here. We will be back.

Good value for this Hotel. Reasonably priced tariff, nice staff, clean rooms with lots of space, and a really top location! Parking was easy enough too. The hotel is not new but well kept. An ideal choice for families as opposite a kids water park and seaside Muddies eatery. Will return for sure. :)

This is one of the really nice hotel we stayed in Australia. We stayed in suite with ocean view, it was clean and comfortable. Just one thing in this hotel is not good which is breakfast. They have buffet breakfast but it is very poor almost nothing to eat, otherwise this hotel is highly recommended for everyone.

We stayed for a couple of nights before a flight to Japan. Unfortunately the air con in our original room was not working great so they not only swiftly changed our room but upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite. Great location across the road from the water and only a short walk along the board walk to the shops and main area with restaurants etc

Friendly staff, very clean, large room”
Stayed in July 2021 and was very impressed with how clean the room was. Beautiful amenities and a great view over the water. Very central and within walking distance of the town centre. Staff were super helpful and let me store luggage before my afternoon flight, and they even have showers to use after you've checked out! Will stay again, highly recommend.

Great stay”
We had a booking for one night for a standard room but at the last minute needed an additional day. The only rooms available for that additional night were the ocean view suite. We booked via Agoda and the hotel handled the change amazingly. The only issue we had was that they advised they would upgrade us to the ocean view suite for the second night so we didn’t have the change rooms. This was amazing and we thought they were being very generous however when we checked in, despite nothing mentioned in the communication, we were charged an additional $40. That being said, the suite was amazingly comfortable and clean, the view was great and the pool quite nice, so we were happy to pay. There is Netflix available on the TVs in the room so that made for an even more relaxing two nights. It is central to Cairns esplanade and seemed family friendly. Value for money is quite good and we had a really nice stay.

Stayed here before but when we arrived this time i couldn't recognise it! Had a great internal refurb and the higher glass balconies are coming. But our room was immaculate with new fixtures and a fantastic bed (the pullout couch i wouldn't recommend for adults - but kids were fine on it). Great value breakfast - only thing missing was a proper barista coffee (you can always go across the road to the Muddies cafe for that). Did i say it is opposite Muddies playground? Location is fabulous for the kids - too far to walk to town though. Great view made up for it. Only negative thing was the cleaners were eager to get done for the day on New Years Eve and they were vacuuming our foyer at 8.30am. Bit early for all that noise. As locals, we will be back as the hotel is fantastic value , even if the staff are not the friendliest.
