Good location and worth to stay”
The hotel near to Pantai Cheras hospital which is very convenient. Hotel is old but well maintained. Room is spacious. Breakfast still have room to improve. Finding food outside is convenient too.

Old hotel lack of facilities”
Check in after 6pm. Check in greeted pleasantly by the front counter. Ask the front counter desk if we wish to extend for extra night with the same charges will it be ok? Replied not a problem. But the following day when ask for extension, ask us to re-book once more and the price is not the same as previous night. Causing alot of hassle for us to pack and relocated to another hotel. Once walk into the room, the design and outlook are out dated. TV remote not working properly. Water kettle with residue and leaking. Request for an exchange of water kettle and duly noted. But not the TV remote control. Shower cream smell weird and it take alot of water to clean up as it is so sticky. Requested for 2 twin sharing but ended up given a super king size bed. Breakfast provided but in a set not buffet style. Overall, it is only the location that makes the different. Otherwise, it is a turn down. Will not avoid in the future if there is a better hotel around Tesco Ampang area.

Overall stay was ok. Just that no deposit safe which could be troublesome and also no hair dryer. But you pay for what you get. Hotel is quite tidy and clean, just a tad old. Don’t expect much from the price you pay.

Hotel with the fastest lifts ever!”
A quiet & clean room & no loud neibours- we slept well on great quality mattresses. We didn't anticipate how large the beds would be- suited my tallish husband, while our 9 yr old and I comfortably shared the second bed. We never figured how to catch the train by walking to station from here but the taxi to KL central was low cost and straight forward despite a host of warnings. If you are going to Hospice Malaysia for education this is a good walking distance hotel.

Peaceful and pleasant. Very convenient to move around to Kuala Lumpur's golden triangle for shopping. Night food just behind the hotel and night entertainment surrounds the hotel

My mum and I stayed in this nicely decorated(Christmas) hotel for 5D4N. It is near to the railway, gas station, 24/7 stores, beer and local food stalls. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Even before I checked in my room, I contacted them to get assistance and they did their best to provide me the convenience. I felt regret that I booked this hotel on the first day because I saw the notice about renovation undergoing in the hotel. I couldn't change anything but to endure the smell of new paint. I could have moved to another room but I didn't request so because my mum didn't want to trouble further the staffs here. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with my stay here. A local guest from Johor.

Good location. Supermarket nearby. Night life plentiful in this location and so is food outlets.Banks are also within the surroundings of the hotel. Bukit Bintang shopping area is just a short trip by taxi from the hotel.

I chose this hotel because it is the 2nd nearest hotel to UCSI. This hotel is in a business commercial centre but no shopping complex in the vicinity. Easy to get taxis by the roadside. Friendly bellboy. Breakfast provided but just simple one.

But it located far from Tasik Selaton Transit Station , so I have to catch taxi every times I go to out side hotel. Air condition thermostat can not be adjust because it direct circuit so compressor run all the time , I have to on - off air condition when so chilled.
