"Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The room is quite small as well as the shower room. The air-conditioning is not working very well. We requested to be transferred to other room. The staff transferred us at once. That was very quick. The next two days was fine.On the third day the air-conditioning again failed..they transferred us again to another room..The a/c unit is too old. There is no control of the temperature. You have to turn the switch off when its really cold...The shower knobs keeps falling since its too old already. The toilet flush doesn't function very well sometime it doesn't flush at all...The hotel rates is affordable..The WIFI in our room is not working. Its connected but not to the internet...I do not recommend this hotel for families with kids..They have in house movies which are not suitable for minors. There was one instance that they turn off our electricity for few minutes in our room for no reasons.Other than that I don't have any complaints..Its so good so clean...."

"The facility inside the room was amazingly designed but the neighborhood is really out of the way in Tondo. The address said Caloocan but it's more like TONDO area, so I thought it was not far from Monumento which has Victory Mall/Bus station according to the map, but actually it is 2 LRT stations away plus long trike ride with fare around 120pesos negotiable to 70-100 php. Everything worked really well in the room and it's brand new in the visitor's Point of View. You should study the map and address because many trike drivers are not familiar with this new place so you should say Gagalangin Juan Luna Street and near Mcdonalds. From R Papa LRT station you cross old railroad tracks to get to Juan Luna. "
