most expensive place i booked on my trip turned out to be most disappointing. the room (native room) was very small, toiletpaper and second towel was provided only after asking, staff was kinda pushy trying to sell their food. pool was not clean, beach access was a platform much too high to get to the sea

Dear Sir Oliver, we are sorry that you were dissapointed with your stay with us. We will continue to strive in working hard to give utmost service. We will check why the necessities were not provided up front when you checked in. We will also investigate why the staff are pushing to sell the food, it was not meant to be, they must have been overly accommodating that was interpreted differently - We do clean the pool every morning and there must be a large event that used up that day. Currently we are still working on the platform for beach access, there is no beach access at the moment.
