Fun at the Beach!!!!”
My best friend and I went for a long weekend trip before we start back to school. Had a great experience staying at the Camelot by the Sea. Will definitely be a return customer! Many awesome places to eat nearby within walking distance, along with ice cream places and coffee shops! Stayed on the beach most of the day and then hung around the hotel in the evenings. Also, there is an awesome lil restaurant across the street that serves a great breakfast. Would highly recommend. :)

Have been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 20 years and this is the 2nd time we stayed here and love it. Close enough to walk when you fly and don't rent a car. Great views, location and value for price paid.

I am thankful for the price we received. Although we arrive to a 210.00 security and resort fee. The 150.00 was returned within hours of checking out. Parking was great. Parking up to the 10th floor. We was on the 14 floor. Room 1410. The bed is by the front door. It would have been better if the shutters were black out curtains. Myrtle is always lit up which kept the room lit as well. The kitchen was nice had all the amenities. The bathroom was nice an roomy, stocked well. The entertaining area was out dated all around from the tv being on a console. The couch was old, stained n rough. The barrel chair wasn't comfortable either. I wish it was more comfortable. We didn't go for the strip. We wanted to truly relax. We would stay again but wouldn't stay in this room again. The location is awesome. Walking distance to everything for fun seekers and food lovers! The view of the beach off the balcony was awesome.

I met my son and his family here for a few days and it worked very well for us because of its walkablility to stores and restaurants and lots of pools, hot tub, umbrella sprinkler, and more. It was incredibly expensive because of the demand this time of year and even more people coming because of having been cooped up for awhile. We weren't able to get a 1 or 2 BR so had to get 2 studio rooms which had everything we needed but no privacy in the room. Make your reservation way ahead of time to get what you need. Myrtle Beach is a real hot spot right now.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE AN IS ONE OF OUR TOP SPOTS TO VACATION AT. I DID CATCH A SKIN RASH FROM THE POOL WHICH HAD ME A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED OTHER THAN THAT GREAT PLACE STAFF AND LOCATION. I WISH THEY WOULD MATCH 3RD PARTY PRICES VERSES BOOKING DIRECTLY

Very old outdated smelly rooms. They don't care which one they stick you in. Even after asking for months to make sure my room was updated and had comfortable beds. The beds are like cardboard and are entirely to wobbly and bouncy feels like your in a boat if someone else moves. Took an hour for them to assign us a new room once checked in. It took the housekeeping manager to get things done the actual reasort manager was never called to assist us. We had to settle between the pick of two other rooms when there are other rooms here that are way better.

This review is after 1night of a 4 night stay. The place is noisy, dated (holes in the walls in master bath, paint chipping off of the trim, kitchen cabinets are nasty )and the smell of pot was all around.Would never stay again and definitely would not recommend.

Vacation ”
Location is good right on ocean blvd. The hotel room smelled so bad like old crab legs. We complained house keeping came up cleaned the kitchen again and that didnt help at all. Then when it was time for bed pulled the blankets back and there was a large wet area on covers. They switched our room. We had to move rooms at 10pm we had to wake up the baby repack and unpack to another room. This room had no comforter we had to go to the front desk and get linen..also dont call the front desk bc apparently when we called no one could pick up bc they were all on their dinner break eating. Lastly, we weren't compensated for any of our troubles. Pro: other than location my daughter left her airpods in the first room and a staff member brought them to us which i thought was very nice and honest!

After reserving and paying for a two bedroom ocean front suite; our family drove for 6 hours to arrive at Camelot by the Sea. Upon Arrival, We discovered camelot “Corporate” made the decision to SHUT DOWN ALL ocean front balconies. Even the doors were locked. We were told workmen would be on the balconies! At No Time were we advised that the ocean front properties would have workmen on their LOCKED balconies. As a real estate developer, I am aware that RESPONSIBLE “Corporate” could have made upgrades on half of these prime oceanfront properties, at a time At the very least Camelot by the Sea owed their guests FULL DISCLOSURE Shame on Camelot

We do apologize for the balcony issue; they needed to be repaired and the time to do this work took longer than expected. The repair work was done on all balconies, and now we are close to being finished. Again, our sincerest apology for not being able to use this feature of our resort. We hope you enjoyed the beach, the location and the other amenities from the Camelot.
