Apartment got 99speedmart, new, 7E and halal restaurant below, on friday got night market, BUT NO MICROWAVE to reheat our food that cold faster after comeback from pasar malam...ur staff not give me choice to pay the rest by online, he push to collect cash ☹️

Everything just nice Pros: Parking Facility Location okay..walking distance to night market. Clean Spacious Cons: Confusing staff (different staff for different enquiries) No carpet but slippers provided

Very easy to access, clean and well taken care of. Only downside is no water heater (well i don't find any switch and it's really cold during our stay 😂). Overall it's very good and satisfactory.

No valid phone number”
This property didn't have check-in counter and you need to call the mobile number provided on your voucher. Unfortunately, that phone number was not currently in service. Need to call Agoda Customer Centre, then waited almost 30 minutes. They called back and gave new phone number. Make us in trouble.

zero rate for bedlinen”
Seem like they never changed the bedlinen, we found big (50cent size) & small (like chili padi size)of blood stain on few area of the comforter sheet . After questioning the host , without saying /reply my question , 10mins later the worker sent us the other comforter sheet to replace it . although they sent the new one but we have give up using their replacement , as the replacement seem been used as it stick alot hairs and dust on it ... Luckly we did bring our own blankets.. We are ok that you not providing the towel, but at least the bedlinen you have to make sure its clean..

The unit is very clean and look very new. Nicely decorated. Come with full cooking utensils if you prefer to cook or prepare steamboat. Lots of parking. Located beside the golf course, 2 mins from Brinchang and 5 mins from Tanah Rata, its consider very good location. And night market just in front of the apartment every Friday and Saturday night.

Extremely bad service”
Get scolding from the management for not knowing that water heater switch must be on 24hrs and broken unit of hair dryer. They said we shouldn’t stay in apartment if we want 5star service. We never expect 5star service but at least the minimum or basic facilities provided. Bed sheet & pillow case are stained. I have stayed in apartment before but was never been treated so badly (scolding from owner/management). Totally will not recommend anyone to stay at this apartment ever.
