Great hotel close to airport”
Rooms are modern and clean. Front desk is very helpful and friendly. There is a feee shuttle that runs all day and night if you need to get to the other terminal.

Perfect for a quick overnight”
This is my hotel of choice when I need to leave early from the airport or I get in late. It's literally in the terminal. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is helpful. Of course there are cheaper hotels, but you can't beat the convenience.

Missed connection ”
If you miss a flight connection in Mexico City and need to stay over the night, this is the place. If you are in terminal 1, take the sky bridge on the second floor near Puerto 3. If at terminal 2, there is a shuttle outside the baggage claim on the right and down a ramp outside. Good luck.

A good rest ”
My stay was too short to give a good review however for the couple of hours I stayed, I had an excellent rest in a very clean room with a very nice bed! The hotel is a easy to access from the local terminal with an overhead bridge!

Worth It for Late Arrivals”
We arrived late, and considered it a bargain to be able to walk to our hotel room without going out onto the streets. There were even food places open. We could have found something cheaper, but the convenience and comfort were worth every penny for us.

Classic hotel with a massive lobby and hundreds of rooms, convenient to the airport (though industrial), but loud between rooms and in hallways. With many travellers arriving late and leaving very early for flights, there is about a 4-5 hour window of tranquility. Not really the hotel’s fault that guests are uniformly inconsiderate during night hours, but is the hotels fault that the doors slam hard and echo down the halls with every closure. Otherwise, rooms are nice.

I requested bottled water from staff numerous times yet never received it. The hotel is supposed to provide 2 free bottles that were never left in room. No vending machines or store to purchase on site. Had to walk to airport to purchase.

I request an paid for a doble room, I get a si for room with small bed, when I came back they said they don’t have anymore rooms. Mauricio in reception was really rood, I don’t recommended this hotel at all

Not for Non Spanish Speakers”
If you do not speak Spanish skip this hotel, the staff DO NOT understand English.The TV only has Spanish shows and god forbid you put on headphones someone will barge in to your room to make sure you are “safe” since housekeeping can’t read the do not disturb signs outside your room…. If I could give a rating below 0 that would much better describe this place.
