The best part of this hotel is the location. It is so walking distance to everything Zwolle has to offer. The hotel even has a map that can guide you around. Our room looked old and dusty, but it was just for one night so it was okay.

Very very rude staff, front desk Sofie was rude from the time of check in. Even for breakfast, appointment given was 10.15am and at 10.20am they started winding up and DID NOT EVEN BOTHER to give us bread on repeated requests !!!!! Sofie instead started shouting at me when asked for just bread which was pulled off the counter

Dear, I am very sorry to hear, and for my colleague in this case. She did everything she could as I understand. She did everything you asked for. You stayed at breakfast sometimes until 12:00 asking for more bread or fruits, while the breakfast was finished long time ago. And we gave you everything you asked for. While the new bread was in the oven you asked for, you askes multiple times if it was ready, and you did not believe us. It takes time for bread to bake, and is not ready in 2 minutes. It is a shame that you are not honest with us, and other guests who will read this. You told my colleague at check out that everything was perfect, and yet this review. In our point of view, we did everything you asked for, but we could not give you all you needed. Like the bread which needs time to bake, is not ready in a few minutes. You even walked into the kitchen to check upon yourself.
basic hotel close to the centre”
we visited zwolle for a citytrip with our 4 year old sun. the triple room on the top floor was spacious but warm (no airco but windows could open to cool down). room was clean. we didn't take any breakfast in hotel, but there was a kettle in the room for coffee and tea. location only a 5 minute walk from the centre, so close enough to bring back some shopping in between. there was sufficient free parking at the back of the hotel

Nice, but outdated.”
Not bad but not great. No bar fridge in the room to keep drinks cold so had to put them out on a window ledge. Had to fix the shower before we could use it (sprayed freezing cold water everywhere). Furnishings were outdated. Other than that it was great! Close to the town center with loads of historical buildings and shops.

Loved Zwolle but will find better place to stay”
We got put in a handicapped room..the tub was super small..the whole place smelled like dirty diapers!!..Next to a really loud street and kids running up and down the halls..We left early and no refund for prepaying..so spent the most money there and the worst place we've ever stayed..

Bare minimum hotel”
If all you need is a bed, this hotel is fine, but if you want any amenities, like air conditioning, a window that opens, a comfortable bed to sleep on, pillows that actually are acceptable, then you may want to book someplace else. The people were lovely, the hotel is not. The room was hot, stuffy, and very uncomfortable.

Teppichboden schmutzig und etwas abgewohntes Hotel”
Das Hotel ist schon etwas abgewohnt und man sollte mal wieder hier und da etwas streichen und renovieren und vor allem die Teppichböden tiefenreinigen oder erneuern. Personal war freundlich.

Wir waren zwei Nächte im Hotel.... Zimmer war soweit i. O. Es war sauber, dass war für mich und meinen Sohn die Hauptsache. Hatten ein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße hin. Es war schon ein rechter Geräuschpegel, jedoch wenn man es zum Einschlafen nicht absolut still haben muss, war es "noch" ok. Also wir hatten keine Probleme damit. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett war sehr weich, was ich persönlich nicht so mag. Das allerdings liegt ja im ermessen eines jeden selbst. Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, das haben wir in der Innenstadt getan, die 7-10 Min. Fußweg vom Hotel entfernt ist. Das war natürlich TOP!!! Auch die Ijsselhalle war mit dem Auto unter 5 Min. zu erreichen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze hinterm Haus waren ausreichend vorhanden. Also für ein bis drei Nächte würde ich das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Matig en verouderd hotel, maar allerbelangrijkste: kies een kamer aan de achterkant. Aan de voorkant zijn vanaf 06:00 de vrachtwagens op de rondweg aanzet rijden en de geluidsisolatie is onvoldoende

Ligging is super Wat ik niet fijn vond - weinig stopcontacten, alleen bij raam 1 en verlengsnoer lag er - douche gordijn wat vies aan je lijf plakt - toiletpapier werd niet aangevuld - radiatoren staan gekoppeld met 6 in totaal, die van ons stond uit maar een ander had verwarming aanstaan waardoor het bloedheet was bij ons in de kamer.
