the hotel was difficult to find/reach from the closest metro station- 40 minute walk the first night with our luggage, as we kept stopping to ask for directions; in the morning though, it was a 20-minute walk. when we arrived at the hotel finally, the lady at the reception insisted that our guest, who had helped us find our way round paris and to the hotel, could not go up to our room. i have never before heard of a hotel telling its paying guests who they can or cannot bring to their hotel room. we explained that we were heading out with our guest once we settled into our room (not that we owed her an explanation), yet she proceeded to instruct us that she was permitting us to go up to our room with our guest for only 5 minutes. looking back now, it was funny, but i was so mad when we came back down and got a scolding for staying up for more than the 5 minutes she had permitted. given the distance from the metro station, getting a taxi at night in the area was quite a challenge. i'll suggest that anyone (ladies especially) on a budget, who plans to stay out till late, should consider an alternative. we had to hand in our key at the reception when we went out for the night. yet, they claim they are not liable for any loses in the rooms. what i found even more uncomfortable was that there was no paperwork to show/confirm who i was, whether or not i had checked in and when i check out. in the words of the lady at the reception, "just take your key when you come and drop it when you are checking out". the last straw was when during the night, there was a banging at our room door for us to open up. i was so afraid, but got up and hit the doors as well to scare whoever it was away. it seems it was just a prank, some people getting some pleasure from disrupting our sleep and making us afraid, but there was no way i was going to stay another night in this hotel. i simply decided to leave and find a hotel where i felt safer and more comfortable, in a more accessible ar

Otelin odalari cok kucuk iki kisi yan yana gecemiyor. Bon moment”

Nous avons passé une bonne nuit. Le personnel a été très agréable et a pris le temps de nous indiquer comment se rendre au stade de france à pied. Le seul bémol, il n y avait pas de bouilloir dans la chambre. Nous n avons pas pu prendre un café ou thé mis à disposition dans la chambre.

Personnel accueillant et sympathique, toujours souriant. Dommage que le ménage ne soit pas fait dans la chambre au cours du séjour (au moins au milieu quand on reste 1 semaine entière...)

Personnel à l'accueil très aimable et serviable. Restaurant à un prix très correct, varié : j'ai aimé. TV trop petite. (j'ai une 55 pouces chez moi et cela passe pas...mais bon j'avais mon ordi portable) Prix de l’hôtel vraiment très correct. (c'est ce qui m'a fait venir) Je pense que le point noir est l'emplacement, surtout pour se rendre à pied à la plaine saint denis (autoroute au milieu par exemple). Par contre on si on doit juste rejoindre une station de métro c'est déjà bien plus simple et il y a le bus qui nous y amène. J'avais vu un hotel mieux placé mais il coutait 3 fois plus cher, du coup mon choix à été vite fais...

Je vous déconseille fortement cet hôtel il n'est pas recommandé du tout la responsable est très méchante une dame sans cœur avec aucune compréhension elle a refusé de nous loger avec un enfant handicapé il y a eu un bug au moment de la réservation agoda n'a pas pris en compte le nombre d'enfants donc il y avait un enfant en plus je n'ai passé qu'une nuit dans cet hôtel en m'a demandé de payer un supplément de 20 € de plus je ne me suis même pas fait remboursé ne serait-ce que les nuits que j'ai pas passé à l'hôtel

A szoba és a szálloda semmi különös, párizsi mércével egyértelműen 3*. Van jobb is és rosszabb is ennél a szállodánál, ezen az áron. Csak a Stade de France-hoz való közelsége (20 perc séta) miatt választottam, itt volt szabad hely elfogadható áron és színvonalon.

Good Hotel, Different Staff Attitudes”

To make short on you to help you decide.. The hotel is nice, the location is great on the seine river, one of the few hotels with a nice view (if you talk pair number room looking at the seine), the neighborhood is ok, but different at 15 minutes walk at the Gate de saint denis (didderent standard than at the hotel location not that nice not clean area bit not extremely terrible as I have seen other places in Paris that are really terrible and you don't imagine). The rooms are nice (not large but ok) if you talk the new or renovated rooms. The differentiator would normally be the staff and their attitudes, I wanted to be fair and not oppress the hotel by the attitude of one staff, so I rated the hotel high because of the attitude of the other staff whom I interacted with. To make it clear, the best luck possible is to ne received at the reception by Jalal (unfortunately I didn't capture his full name). The guy is nice, cooperative, very prompt on your requests and can deliver a customer service as we all know it. On the contrary there is an relatively old lady who could have destroyed the hotel reputation if left alone to badly treat the guests. She is not cooperative, feeling full of herself, does not smile to the guest or talk nicely to him. She does not want to provide the basic service to guests even that small one to keep luggage in a secure room tilk the guest come and collect them later in the day after he checked out (a basic service that is being done on all the hotels all over the world, and in many hotels I stayed in in Paris. This lady seems to be having her job, so not having the capacity to deliver a customer service, rather she wants to manage the customer or guest. For the good service of Jalal, I decided to return to the hotel once more.. I met another wonderful guy named Ismail who was again helpful and did the right thing for his customer, gabe best room available, and had a nice cooperative attitude.
