Disappointed about early check in”

I communicated with the hotel via email and phone to confirm about early check-in which they said they provided at the check-in counter. We came to the hotel at around 10:00am. The staff said that they were full and will need to wait until 12:00pm when people check-out and they can started to clean the room and then we could take it. We wait until 1:30pm and saw many people check-in before us from 12:00pm - 1:30pm. We came to ask the staff and they said they needed to priority the group booking first. Ignoring the fact that my boys throw-up and sleeping at the waiting area and it was a very hot day. So as I understood, they priority the adult-football-team over the small-tired-boy. The staff even shout at me saying that he was trying his best. Through it is a good location and good price, but I will never come back here again.

Good stay”

The room is not too big but cozy. Not sound proof as we could hear noises from the upper level. Some of the staffs were friendly and nice. It was close to the bus-stop and it takes about 10 minutes to the closest station, La Defense. It is convenient to travel to many places from La Defense station, for example to the Champs Elysees avenue for shopping. Also quite convenient to travel to Eiffel Tower form La Defense.

Far from tourist attractions”

The hotel itself is ok, but its location makes it not the best choice for someone who comes to see Paris. The hotel is located in a far from the center area, there is nothing to visit in the neighborhood. There is only one bus (number 159- station very close to the hotel) which can take you to the closest metro station (La Defense)- from where you can travel to Paris tourist attractions. However, the bus only runs until midnight- so if you are willing to see Paris by night you will need to take a taxi back to the hotel. Although I can't say that the hotel was a problem in itself, the remote location was- so I wouldn't choose to stay there next time.

nice location close proximity to LA defense ”

Nice size room with reasonable price for the weekend. Bus #159/stops near the hotel which gets you to LA defense. From here you can access to the whole of Paris. Housekeeper dies a fantastic job.kudos

Clean and Comfortable rooms but far from city cent”

so-so. the location is not that great although it is around 15mins bus ride(Bus number 159 i think) from La Defense Metro where you can take RER A or Line 1 or the YELLOW LINE that takes 30minsto go to the city center. The food is delicious but a bit expensive. I had ala carte and tried their pasta of the day,I did not have breakfast buffet so can not comment. The staff are ok but does not speak english.Only one did speak english. check out was a but tricky as the person in reception does not speak english. but i would still recommend this hotel if you are on a budget.

Nice Hotel but far from tourist spots”

it was overal good but you can hear sounds from the other rooms...but when you are tired from touring the city, the noises wont bother you much... the place is far from metro, you would need to take bus 159 from La Defense and this is the only bu that would pass by the hotel.this is also about 12 metro stations away from louvre.

Overall okay”

It was relatively okay, considering that it was cheap. It is quite close to the bus-stop which takes you to the metro station. La Defense is quite a good location to travel around. Not too far away from the sightseeing spots.

It was a little bit further out of Paris than I thought but the food in the restaurant is fantastic !

Value for money, close to public transport, there's a restaurant in the hotel and the food is not bad. breakfast buffet only at 9.90€. croissant was fresh and crispy, very delicious and the ham was really good too.

Staff at reception always courteous but often absent helping to serve in dining room, so hotel telephone remained unanswered and incoming calls could not be transferred to rooms. Rooms small. Airconditioning not working last week during heatwave. No assistance with luggage to/from rooms. Only 1 lift in a 5-floor hotel is inadequate
