Campanile Pau, was hard to find, given no street number. It was tucked away in the par park of Premier inn hotel, but once found, the reception was pleasant with an English-speaking lady on duty. Our room was basic, clean, recently refurbished, comfortable bed with coffee maker, just what we paid for. Excellent value.

Very poor. We requested a quite room ansd they gave us an adjoining room with just a dividing door. The people were arguing and we could hear every word. then we asked to be moved and we were put in a room with single beds rather than double and we had several people passing the room shouting at midnight. We had driven from Spain that day and needed a good rest and did not get this

Je ne reviendrai pas au campanile j'ai eue une chambre sans chauffage j'ai du aller 2 fois à l'accueil qui m'a dit je vais venir voir ce qui n'a rien changé et on m'a juste donné une couverture en plus. Résultat je n'ai dormi que 3h tellement j'avais froid et on ne sais pas excusé du désagrément que cela m'a causé. La moindre des choses aurait été de m'offrir le petit déjeuner mais ça non plus. Je n'irai plus dans un hôtel campanile si le personnel est aussi désagréable qu'à Pau
