I like a lot this room and I would reccomend you to live there. The only disadvantage is that it wasn't quite clean because you could see some dust if you would walk barefoot

Unfortunately, I can not write about what the room looks like, is it clean or anything else because I am so disappointed with the service. There is a space behind the main table in the room where my USB, with very important data, felt. The staff of the hotel promised that they will send me a USB when they find it. After a week I haven't received any email and I did not get any response to my email. Terrible experience!

Nous avons réservé 3 chambres ainsi que le parking pour 2 voitures pour 2 semaines. L'accueil par Alexandre a été excellent et plein d'humour. L'accueil au restaurant a été tout aussi chaleureux. Les chambres étaient propres et refaites à neuf donc parfaites. Le transfert aéroport aller comme retour était à l'heure et parfait. Nous recommandons cet établissement situé à 10Mn de Roissy. Comfortable and Affordable!”
I was here for an overnight layover and I had a very comfortable stay. However when trying to get to this hotel, make sure you take the Campanile Minibus! Not the pink line shuttle! It’s super confusing and I made this mistake which was super annoying, but otherwise it’s a super cheap transport from the airport to hotel and back to airport (only 6 Euros including the hotel tax). My room was very clean, and the service was helpful. The beds are super comfortable too.

Delivers as a low cost hotel”
I got a very cheap price for this hotel close to CDG, 5-10 mins by shuttle. Rooms are very small and basic spread across 2 separate buildings without a covered walkway between them. They were clean and the hotel was quiet. Restaurant is satisfactory and staff were friendly and helpful. Better information is required about the shuttle which is hard to find. It is a separate shuttle service from the black,blue and pink lines used by most of the airport hotels. Neither Agoda or the hotel responded to my request for information about how to catch it before I arrived. I cancelled my reservation on the way back out of CDG as the price was twice as high and it was no longer good value too high. If the price is good this hotel delivers what it advertises, for a 1 night stopover

nice & modern transit hotel”
this is a nice enough 2-star airport transit hotel, clean and modern and i particularly like the cheerful green-themed colour scheme in the room and the simmons bed (though the double was a bit small even for 2 average sized asian ladies). due to unclear signs at the paris airport, we were lost as to where to wait for our bus for about 45 mins until we decided to call the hotel twice for help. the gentleman manning the line was patient in answering SOS calls from a "lost" tourist who starting every call by asking if he understood english :) finally, we got on our bus and was drove in double quick time to our hotel. comfort hotel shares a bus and was the first stop. the receptionist was a cheeky guy who answered "no, we don't have that service" to all our questions, then proceeded to give us a cheeky smile and tell us the correct information. it was cut for the first few seconds, then it started to get irritating. as to be expected of an airport transit hotel, the location was a dead town but we didn't stay in a transit hotel for the location but for the convenience and proximity to the paris airport which is never an easy airport to fly out of due to its confusing queuing and process system and unhelpful & grumpy staff. the wifi connection in the rooms was also bad and we could not connect to the network. never fear as you won't starve - the restaurant served a pretty mean steak & fries (but you could choose another side) with your choice of sauce. i finished every morsel on my plate and could honestly say that this is due to its great taste and not the fact that i was caught in the paris train system for the longest time, since the company decided to carry our maintenance works on the train line to the airport, and we had to stop at another station and get on a bus to transfer us to the airport.

If you are going to stay for a night in Paris because you have a flight the next day, this hotel is Ok (but not highly recommended). If you are going to stay in Paris for few days, don’t stay here please: - hotel is very close to CDG airport with free shuttle if you’re still checked-in, but need to pay to go to CDG airport after check-out (5 Euro each) - there is no food/restaurants nearby. The hotel’s restaurant is expensive (we rode the shuttle to the airport to eat dinner and buy water) - No mineral water inside the room - No toothpaste in the bathroom

Fairly bare bones hotel, but adequate. ”
The hotel is clean, and we chose it because it had a better price than the other hotels in the airport area. Having said that, I thought it was still too pricy: $146 for one night, booked in advance through a travel website. I say "bare bones" because there were few amenities in the bathroom (no shower cap, no lotion etc ). The hand soap and shower soap comes out of a dispenser, which is better for the environment than multiple tiny bottles. No bath mat, but there were 3 towels, so we used one of them as a mat. One of the towels was obviously very old: worn thin and fraying at the edges, it needs to be replaced. Nice bar, very nice buffet supper. Buffet breakfast was fine for me, lots of cold things to choose from but no cooked food (eggs, bacon etc) if you need that sort of thing.

Good location but otherwise terrible”
I wouldn't recommand staying in this hotel, although its location very close to the airport is an advantage. The aircon was broken on a 38 degree day so we didn't sleep at all as it was so hot in the rooms. The toilets didn't flush properlyand the shower was leaking. The restaurant is very bad value for money, especially with young children.

Guest who arrive late in the evening have no food options. Fortunately we walked to the Nomad hotel whose staff assisted us with delivery options. They also had vending machines. No hand towels. Charge for the shuttle although on their website the shuttle is free. Finally housekeeping entered our room despite the sign on the door.
