"Quest always have high standards for cleanliness and what not. However my rating is poor for this experience due to the following; The accommodation was booked by myself on for my wedding band who travelled from Adelaide I contacted quest 2 weeks prior to advise the name of the person who would check in. I was reassured that there would be no problems Upon check in (my wedding day) the band could not check is because the booking was not in their name. I had to call quest on the day to confirm my card details and booking details, i was told there was no notes on the system to say i had cAlled. Honestly was a bad experience to have to deal with on my wedding day. I had taken all steps possible to make sure everything went well, ofcourse they didnt. "
