Important Notes: Please note that we will not be able to store luggage on the day of the outage. Check-out time on the day will be 10:00 AM. Note: CLUB CANDEO members typically enjoy a noon check-out benefit, but this benefit will be temporarily suspended on that day. The hotel will close gradually starting at 10:00 AM on the day. Breakfast on January 12,2026 will be served from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM (last entry at 9:00 AM). Please note that breakfast will not be available on January 13,2026.
The C’s Sky Dining will be closed for both lunch and dinner on January 12,2026. Service will resume on January 13,2026. The C’s Sky Café & Bar will also be closed on January 12,2026 and will reopen at 3:00 PM on January 13,2026. During the outage, hotel phones will be unavailable.

We only stayed here two nights with our 11 year old. The modern hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the train station, We arrived a few hours earlier than check-in, and expected to just store our bags, but we're pleasantly surprised because they had our room ready. The room was clean and spacious and well stocked for us. The bed was perfect for the three of us, with ample room. We only had breakfast there one day, but it was delicious, providing both Western and traditional Japanese offerings. Our child really enjoyed the options as there was enough variety to suit anyone's palate. The onsen was large, clean and had a fantastic view. It wasn't too busy most of the time, and provided a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. It does get busy in the evening but not uncomfortably.crowded. You just have to find the right timing. The only downside is that a couple of people had their phones/cameras with them while in the pool taking photos (of the views, presumably). That aside, we wouldn't hesitate returning if we ever find ourselves in Osaka again.

We stayed in at Candeo the towers in November and were on the top floor. After staying in Tokyo it was such a nice end to our trip as the the rooms were big with amazing views especially at night. We were ready to have a day just relaxing in the hotel room, and we were able to comfortably. Tv connected to YouTube and Netflix and was well placed in front of bed. The only (minor) complaint I had was the bed not being super comfortable. We were lucky enough to have had a really comfortable bed in the previous hotel, so 4 nights on an uncomfortable mattress wasn’t the best on our backs, but also could have just been from walking 20k+ steps for 8 days straight. I highly recommending booking the executive lounge access. This was something I hadn’t realised came with the room we booked, and was such a nice surprise to have unlimited alcohol, snacks and an amazing view. We went to the lounge before heading out for dinner each night. The gym has great views and new equipment, it also was never busy (I didn’t use it but walked past it to get to our room). The coin laundry was very handy too. The communal bath was something very new to me, and while it had stunning views and a great sauna, it was just way too busy and loud for me. I am sure if I went at a different time I would have had a better experience. The previous hotel I stayed at had a communal bath that had strict rules around noise levels, and even if there were a few people in the bath, there were no loud conversations and you could really switch off. When I went to the bath at Candeo (around 9-10pm) it was extremely busy. When I return to this hotel, I will just ensure I go at their more quiet times. Still worth the views, especially from the suana. I have this hotel a slightly lower rating on the location just because it was hard for us to easily find restaurants around us. We needed to train or cab to the main parts which was not a problem at all, just wouldn’t say it was prime location. In saying that, it was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle, and there was still a Lawson store right underneath us + the hotel has a restaurant (which we did not have time to try). Staff were friendly and always available. Will 100% return to this hotel when we travel to Japan again next year.
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, with easy access to both the bus and subway, which made getting around Osaka simple and stress-free. The rooms were on the smaller side, but they were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. As a family with two older children, we booked two rooms to give us a bit more space, and it worked out perfectly. One of the highlights was the amazing city view from our room — it was such a nice sight to wake up to each morning. We also really appreciated the on-site laundry facilities, which came in handy during our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we’d happily stay here again when visiting Osaka.

Love love this hotel! Our family’s favorite hotel to stay in Osaka. I have booked again to stay in December 2025 for my bday. It’s a newly built hotel hence, the rooms are bright, clean and modern. Just the right room size for 2 people. ( executive Twin room ). It has a sofa by the window, and the window are floor to ceiling which gave us a beautiful over view of the city, day and night. The rooms starts at the 18th floor, front desk is on the 17th and we were on the 24th floor. The front desk staff are exceptional! They understand English , very friendly and accommodating. Esp the Korean front desk guy named Jeunam.? Sorry I might mis spelled your name. And “Mao” , a Japanese girl. Thank you for your help and friendliness. Lawson and family mart is literally just beside the hotel. Lots of small restaurants around. Train station is 5 mins walk away and the taxis are infront of the hotel. Airport limousine bus service to and fro the airport is also available. This hotel is super convenient! It’s in the Umeda district. I love staying in Umeda compare to shinsheibashi as Umeda is quieter, less tourist but equally have the same shops , restaurants and big department stores such as hankyu and daimaru. Though the price is a on the higher end, it is 4 stars after all, and for the service, location and type of room they offer, it’s worth it. I will recommend this hotel to many.
