Convenient location with updated room. Great first impression with easy plentiful parking. Staff was polite during our week stay also allowed us early check-in. Room was very clean and simple with frige and microwave. Everything a couple needs to be comfortable. Balcony/patio area was a plus. Properly priced and would stay again.

I had to leave my house in Topanga due to mandatory fire evacuation during Wolsey fire. I was lucky to find this location close to Topanga at a reasonable rate. Clean rooms and good value with free parking an added plus. The staff are super people and gave me a full refund when I booked a separate room for my son but had to cancel.

Agoda never put my reservation thru and the front desk mentioned that they (Aogda) have been screwing things up lately. So I would definetly call days in advance to make sure they got the reservation. Pros: easy to access 405, comfortable bed, close to family in Van Nuys Cons: overpriced ($150/night was too much for the quality here), separate parking charges, no fridge in room (costs $10 extra), hair balls floating in pool, shower is tiny, breakfast isn’t included

Great Hotel, got free upgrade to bigger room. Great staff at Front Desk. Will definitely stay again. Great location, walking distance to Shops, Restaurants & Movie Theaters. However, Breakfast should be included in tariff & should serve coffee & tea throughout the day.

The hotel has fantastic views. The rooms are quiet comfortable. Well maintained property.

I booked a month in advance, paid in advance. A week before I had to change one of the rooms from a king room to 2 queen beds, they charged me a $57 changing fee. Really, hotel was not even full, or close to fully booked. Never again, I hope they enjoy their $57.

Have stayed in the location the past two years. We liked it last year so booked again. This year we found newly remodeled room. Nice. The outside was in the process of being done also. The only thing we did not like was the people above us stopped around till after ten at night.

This was my first time staying at the hotel and found the 3.5 star rating to be accurate. The room was large, modern and had a huge tv. The staff was extremely nice. I asked not to have a room facing the 101 highway. They were able to upgrade me to a superior double queen room. The room appears to have been recently remodeled. The bathroom was also modern. It was excellent. The room was fully equipped with all the needs one requires for a stay strategically located between the coastal towns, los angeles and the san fernando valley. The leather seat and the office like desk was perfect for use and the beds were large and comfortable. The air conditioning was especially handy and reliable.

The first intersection off of the 101 freeway was kind of sketchy. A lot of homeless people hanging out at 11:50PM. Thankfully the hotel is a couple miles away in a better area. Great property! Loved that they had a free washer and dryer. Breakfast was pretty good. Overall, great value for what we paid.

Overall good but they should bring back their complimentary water in the room.

I really liked Courtyard Los Angeles Woodland Hills. The room was very nice and well appointed. The staff was great. Melissa was especially helpful and made my stay comfortable she was always so helpful and made people smile All of the staff was great And a pleasure to be around, I would highly recommend this hotel to others .
