“Great Value for Money – Clean, Comfortable, and Relaxing Stay”
We booked 3 Deluxe Twin Rooms for 2 pax per room for 2 nights (total of 6 adults: me and my husband, my MIL & FIL, and my parents), and we had a great experience staying at Canyon Hotels Boracay. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very professional, which really made our stay comfortable and relaxing. For only around ₱1,700 per night (promo in agoda), this hotel offers excellent value for money. There is free WiFi (not super fast, but definitely not slow and usable), and they also provide a free shuttle service to D’Mall that follows a fixed schedule—very convenient. The hotel feels new, clean, and smells nice overall. The rooms use key cards instead of traditional keys, and there’s a handy button to turn room cleaning on/off or set “Do Not Disturb,” which we appreciated. The bathroom was clean and complete with toiletries: shower cap, shampoo, lotion, mini bath soap bar, mini hand soap bar, 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 1 floor towel. Towels and toiletries were replaced with fresh ones upon request for room cleaning. Slippers are provided (they’re thin, but they did their job protecting our feet from the cold floor). Although I requested 1 large bed instead of 2 twins, it wasn’t an issue for us. We simply used one bed for clothes from outside and the other for sleeping after bathing and wearing clean clothes—worked perfectly for us. The air-conditioning is window-type, so it does produce some noise, but it wasn’t loud enough to disturb our sleep. It cools the room very quickly, even though the room is spacious. We did have a minor issue with the shower at first because there were no instructions how to switch the water coming out from the faucet to the shower. Initially, I was hesitant to book because there weren’t many recommendations about Canyon Hotel Boracay, but since it was the most affordable hotel that still looked nice, we decided to give it a try—and we’re glad we did. We were not disappointed at all and would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and relatives. It’s not a beachfront hotel, but you can easily walk to Station 1, which is quiet and has the finest sand (and less algae compared to other stations during our stay in February 2026). There’s also a mini keyhole stone formation nearby, perfect for taking photos. Overall, we had a great and relaxing stay, and we’d happily book here again.

“Great and Restful Stay”
We stayed here for a week and I can really recommend this Hotel. Here are some of the few points I commend and some that I think could still be improved. 1. Room: I booked a Deluxe Double Room and requested a large bed instead of two twin beds but upon our arrival the bed was still two twin beds. But It's a no big deal for us. We just use the other bed for the "dirty" us and the other one for the "Clean" us. I was so delighted to see a very spacious room, enough room for our things. What we think needs improvement is the lighting. The vanity has no bright light to see yourself when you are getting ready. There is also no water heater and at times, the water is so cold for bathing. Bring also indoor slippers id you are like me who doesnt want to walk in the room barefoot because they have no bedroom slippers. 2. Staff. The staff are 5/5 they are so polite and accommodating, they are also attentive to the guests' need. 3. The amenities, the pool is good tho it's not really deep (max depth is 3ft) good for just hanging around. The pool bar has limited variety of drinks and you can only stay up to 9pm, wish they could extend it especially on weekends, for people like me who are working remotely (went to boracay to work) it would mean so much to spend more time chilling with drinks. Wish you could also have your own restaurant so we can opt to stay all day the hotel without worrying where to eat. 4. Transport, given that it's not on the main area of boracay, I wish they could offer airport transfers and wish that they could extend the their shuttle service. during our stay we opted to just walk about three times because the shuttle was in delay, and during that time we were rushing to the beach to catch up the sunset. Shuttle could mean a lot. Last is the fluctuating electricity and weak internet collection, again, as for me who is working remotely, this is a big catch for me since there is no much mobile data signal. I don;t know what the cause of the electricity fluctuation and that is no big deal on my end since the black out is not extended for a long time but I heard some guests ranting since they have children with them. On the other hand, I appreciate all the staff who are still very accommodating to us during those electricty problems, guiding us on the stairs and all. overall, the stay was great and we really had a great and restful week. It was a very much needed breather from the Manila life. Thank you and will surely come back again.

“An Absolutely wonderful stay”
Canyon Hotels & Resorts Boracay Rm317 "An absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment i arrived. Thanks Jolina from the frontdesk for being very helpful.They also allow early check in starting at 9am for extra 500php,The room was spotless, modern, and the bed was remarkably comfortable,was able to sleep immaculately for 10hours.I love the infinity pool its one of the longest in Bora and one of the highlight i guess and its ideal for family with small kids.The hotel is less than 10min Etrike ride to Dmall. Also Robinsons mall is just beside the hotel and had everything i need. Highly recommend!

“Enjoyable Stay!”
Wonderful stay at Canyon Boracay! Super value for money. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a nice pool with a great view of the golf course, which made it even more relaxing. I also appreciated the free water refill at the lobby and the free use of pool and beach towels. The location is convenient, just a few minutes’ walk to Station 1. There’s also an adjacent mall where you can easily buy essentials, and transportation around the island is very accessible. The staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!
