awesome peaceful retreat”
very peaceful and away from the busy beaches but not too far. staff and management were amazing, felt well looked after but at the same time was allowed total privacy on this property. food options are good , and I would encourage to include more healthy food options at your restaurant. on top , the management and team are very environmental conscious, and certainly embedded in their management and housekeeping approach. will certainly return, staying at Cape fahn was a delight .

The service is beyond five star level and the staff are very accommodating. The sea view at both restaurants are breathtaking. Although the price is high, I would definitely try again if I visit Loh Samui next time.

Front office needs to have more staff and training ”
Front office always have only 1 staff, she is new and she is busy with check in, buggy and room tour. The FO staff cannot amke decision on her own, and she always making phone call with someone. With this price, we expect a better service!

10/5 if we could for service -- memorable”
An hour after checking out, we started missing Cape Fahn. We have stayed at a good number of hotels all over the world, but Cape Fahn has REWRITTEN our understanding of what good service means. During our two-night stay, we felt that the staff members genuinely cared about us and treated us like their personal guests. One waitress (Fareeda) remembered that my daughter liked watermelon. When my child was later playing on the beach, Fareeda came with freshly cut watermelon! She even brought mosquito sprays after finding my child bitten. The entire team worked together perfectly and was always ready to help. We usually preferred to walk but always found a buggy on standby, even though we did not request one. Beyond kindness, generosity was another hallmark of Cape Fahn. My daughter did not like pad Thai noodles and preferred broad noodles (pad see ew). We asked for some pad see ew noodles on the side – but they came with the same dish made with pad see ew free of charge for kids in addition to the pad thai we ordered . . . Over the 48 hours, individual gestures of such kindness and generosity accumulated to make this hotel stand out from the other 5* places we stayed at on Koh Samui (Conrad, Hyatt, Kimpton, Sheraton – to name a few – BTW these all are great hotels that are way, way better than similarly situated hotels in Europe and America). We would rate Cape Fahn 10/5 if we could. Indeed, Cape Fahn will stay in our memory for a long time. And if we return to Koh Samui, we will be sure to want to stay again. We have never really missed a hotel before, but Cape Fahn is like a friend that we long to meet again. We hope your team will stay fantastic and excellent until our next visit!

너무 만족스러운 호텔”
2분정도 배를 타고 들어가는데 밤 11시 정도까지도 배를 이용할 수 있었습니다 ! 숙소에 있는동안 너무 행복했습니다 풀장도 수심이 깊은편이라 수영하기에도 딱 좋았고 ~ 침대도 너무 아늑했습니다 단점이라면 숲속이라 개미가 있긴했지만 ㅜ 호텔이 깨끗하고 직원분들도 친절하고 .. 또 가고싶네요 진짜 ㅜㅜ

新开的酒店，出租车司机都不认识，酒店在小岛上，天黑了就出不去啦，与世隔绝的感觉。唯一不好的是枕头超级高，一般酒店都是一个高一个低的，这里的都很高。一晚没睡好。早餐不错，内容不多。品质都很高，酒店里的菜单内容也不多，价格也合理。

住過這麼多的boutique 精品飯店。這個絕對是逃離世俗淨化心靈的最佳選擇。全島只有22間房。可以想像所有的人和設備幾乎都是「只有為你」。 絕對值得在這裡住上兩晚以上。 因為工作實在太忙碌。我和老公請了長假並尋覓ㄧ個地方躲起來。直接這次一共住了四晚。非常驚艷和舒適。 住得房型是OCEANVIEW ROOM。幾乎是美景無死角。每天六點起床就是海景和舒爽微風。七點去健身房或冥想或島上健走或屋內泳池游泳。八點九點吃早餐。特別是隱密性絕佳。房間的設備，舒適和整潔度都是上等。讓人每天都會期待窗簾拉開。推開客廳和主臥的門。感受美景和放空心靈不停歇。 服務人員的態度專業和誠懇。絕對是心安不需要多想的簡單生活。幾乎是十分的服務態度。 餐飲部份。從早餐開始就是美食當前。因為是屬於Cape & Kxxxxx（抱歉忘了）集團的飯店。所以餐飲有主廚掌握。兩個餐廳每天下午都有Happy Hour。喜歡小酌的人絕不能錯過。Bar的調酒是一級的。有一杯調酒是初遇蘇美島。整個就是超匹配。口感清爽又使人沉入蘇美的慵懶。 心得是喜歡海島熱鬧的人可以在蘇美主島的幾個重要海灘上的飯店住兩晚。把想去蘇美島熱鬧的景點逛一圈或環島。再到海角法恩住上兩晚以上。如果經濟許可。真的連住四晚都太少。因為獲得的寧靜和和善是無價的。 最後從海角法恩接到主島是由飯店提供快艇或吉普車接送。取決於當時候是否漲潮或退潮。是安全且便利的。 Highly recommended for people who want to escape from the crowded world not only external world and seek for inner peace. All the service, facilities, staff and views are the best. I and my husband had spent there for four nights. Since there are only 22 villas, all we feel is everything is designed for us exclusively. We are so excited to open the door to see wonderful view.
