              Poor services and staff is not nice ”
              Poor stay ever in Bangkok. We rent for the two bedroom suites. There are many little bugs in the bathroom. Things are not well-prepared. There is no toothbrushes, soap. On the next day, they didn’t refill the shampoo and shower gel. The breakfast is poor, food is cold and not many choices. Not worth for the 9 score and the money.. no next time

              The best thing about this hotel is the business center. It is so easy to work here. Bright and beautiful place. And they have some bites as well as coffee and tea. One of the best business centers I have seen anywhere. The Italian restaurant no 43 is pretty good as well. Directly across the road is 7Eleven and next to it is a fantastic spa Diora, which is upmarket but well worth it. Recommended from repeat guest.

              This hotel is in a great location close to the BTS and Central department store, easy to get to any place in the city. Staff is lovely and extremely helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is is very good. I espacially love the little whirlpool after a long day of sightseeing.

              Thank you for writing about the Housekeeping during your stay at Cape House Bangkok. We welcome the input of guests where there are perceived difficulties. In this case, however, I have checked the housekeeping record for your accommodation and the record shows the following: your room was serviced and your linen was changed on 18th April between 12h20 and 12h45 and on 20th April between 14h50 and 15h10. On the other days, the “Do Not Disturb” card was hanging on the door. Our staff are aware that some of our guests may have had a long journey or may have important work to complete so they are very careful not to inconvenience those who wish to remain uninterrupted. We are sorry that you felt neglected on this occasion and we hope that, on your next visit, you will see the high standard of care and attention that our Housekeeping staff are happy to provide.               This is a good serviced apartment at Langsuan area. Somehow the management has done a good job in attracting repeat clients that the occupation is always high. Fuss-free value accommodation that is bright, clean, and comfortable. Location is good with amenities such as 7Eleven, Starbucks, eatiers, bars, and a few other nearby spa spots. It's not far to walk to Chitlom BTS station either. At the end of the day, Cape House is easily one of the top accommodation choices I would come back to.

              I booked a non smoking room on the app but i got a smoking room when i checked in. The staff said the last guest was also non smoking, however the smell was really bad out of the room, it was better inside the room. For people who doesn't smoke like me, it really made me unconfirtable. Hope i can really get a non smoking room if i booked a 'non smoking room' next time.
