Everything's very perfecand so comfy. I had only one problem about check-in but receptionist (men), he showed rude to me when i got a problem and reptionist (women), she's a very good and professional than reptionist (men) cause she can help every my problem and she never said something bad to me. Some Problem's not business for customer but that's a agoda and hotel problem, so they must contact by themself!!!

Everything was great, except that the pool in our room was too cold. We ended up not using our pool throughout the stay, which kind of defeats the purpose of booking a room with pool in the first place.

We stayed for 2 days, the breakfast is different for 2 days. A lot of choice and nice. The bed is big enough...very comfortable to sleep on it. The main problem is the View. We stayed at Sky pool suite, the view is ROAD AND BUILDING....not facing sea. Not so VALUE FOR MONEY.

Highly recommend hotel!!!”
I stayed there 5 days for wedding anniversary. The restaurant suprised us with a cake which was amazing. Also the restaurant provide delicious food with reasonable price, we love their dong yum soup. The facilities were very nice, gym, swimming also the beach. We also enjoy the spa treatment, so goood! Staffs were friendly, room was clean bc they cleaned up twice a day. Location very good just close to grand night market, you can even walk to Hua Hin night market like 10 mins walking distance. I will definitely come back with my family and friends because you just feeling so relaxing n don’t want to leave.

This is a special hotel. From the moment you walk in to when you leave, the staff are helpful and extremely polite. The rooms are just terrific and I couldn't ask for much more. The rooms are very clean, very large with a private pool. The bathroom is huge. Rain shower is really good and the water can be very well controlled from hot to cold (something many hotels struggle with) The restaurant is very nice with great views. The breakfast is well presented and plentiful. The pool is beautiful and very relaxing. Check in staff were great as were every member of staff that we interacted with. Location is good. Close to the main city of Hua Hin but far enough away to enjoy the quiet. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. We will be returning soon. PS. It was so good we extended our stay for an extra night.

A beautiful resort settled nicely on the beach, sea and surrounded by natural green scenery. I”
The pool suite rooms are very spacious, very clean and tidy, I like the idea very much that you can acces from the shower direct to your private plung pool. Great lightning features as well. The swimming pool close to the beach is very cozy with nice sun deck chairs and some private areas. Staff is super friendly and really living the Thai spirit with big smiles and Wai Breakfast is a nice spread of the standard dishes that you find in most of the genetic hotels, it would be great if they can add more healthy options, they have very little healthy options at present . As well they should have table numbers for the egg orders, I did not see it,. Check it was very cute with Thai cookies treasure box offering while waiting for your room keys, great gesture. Gym is not large, but basic equipment is available to get a good session of body workout. Overall I had a pleasant 2 nights chill at the resort.

Spa: excellent service, good value Breakfast: very good with decent selection Restaurant: we decided to have dinner at hotel restaurant on our last night and it was a very big mistake...we wondered if they had a "microwave chef" that day since even seafood "catch of the day" looked and tasted like "from freezer to microwave"!!

Good Short Getaway”
Everything's good, except getting a cab/tuktuk to the night market, shopping mall, restaurants etc. Hotel doesn't call a ride for guests. Need to cross the road to get one, which is very inconvenient for families with young children.

Staff were excellent. Well trained and efficient even by Thai standards. The hotel is on a good location in the centre of Hua Hin on one of the nicest stretches of beach. Buffet breakfast was really good. High quality offerings and well prepared. However the room rates are very high by Hua Hin standards, and the it's possible to get something almost as good (but not quite) for significantly less. Worth booking only if your demand the very best and are willing to pay a big premium for it.
everything excellent! location is good, just 10-15 mins to downtown, and 5 mins to market village (which is a big shopping mall at HuaHin, have food court and massage). Room with private pool is big and relaxing.
Excellent place to stay in Hua Hin”
Location of the hotel is good as night markets and shopping malls are within walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they will always greet you whenever they see you. :) The room is big and clean as well. Food choices during breakfast was great too as they serves you fruits that were cut on the spot and even champagne! Would consider coming back again if I ever visit Hua Hin. :)
There was a misunderstanding led we were refused to check in from the beginning, without any reconsideration, they refused even adding an extra bed as we have two kids and three adults; or we could book an extra room worth US700/ night. I should say yes if I was going to stay for one night only, but I need three nighs. Their staff told Agoda.com that they could offer us to cancel our booking with full refund, I got no choice and accepted the suggestion from Agoda. However, after I have confirmed the cancellation to Agoda over the phone, the hotel suddenly told me I could check in with some additional charges but as I have cancelled the booking so I need to call up Agoda, reconfirm and settle the bill again. What a trouble if they just simply let me checked in with the extra charges that I have suggested. The hotel is great, the room is the biggest that I have ever seen, 120 sq. mt. with a private swimming pool, kids were so happy with it, the breakfast is perfect but staffs in reception may have some to be improve, could be they forgot how to greet and welcome their guests. However, I still needed to thank them help me to find a van to go Bangkok finally as the car that we have booked was late for more than an hours.
The best hotel in huahin”
This is my second time at Cape Nidhra. Everything was fantastic better than first time. Room was large, modern, and clean. Orivate pool's quite a bit small but clean. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was great and delicious. This time we've go5 serprise from resort that very impressive for us. Will come back for third time for sure.
Nice hotel in Excellent Location w/o seaview room”
it's a bit overprice compare to the room condition and the (Old Condominium) view we got. Please noted that this hotel has no seaview rooms, if you expected to get one. Food are much better than I expect for a boutique hotel like this. I can't say I like this hotel, but can be considered if my other favourite hotel in Hua Hin is unavailable. Pool and Pool bench can be cleaner.
great hotel with good breakfast”
My stay at the Cape Nidhra was good. only when I book a room with pool on the first floor and they asked me to change saying all is same but they are not the same. The pool at the first floor is bigger but we just don't want to give any complaints.
Beautiful beach hotel ”
My stay was nice, stuff was excellent, room was specious and elegant . Buffet was so so , a lot of food that is really not healthy, noting gluten free, no organic food , the only healthy choice is a fruit. Everywhere you look is food packed with sugar, msg, meat. Nothing vegan or vegetarian. For the money they charge hotel is not worth it, try aura , water , serving fresh coconut water for 7000 bath over night the menagment should offer more. I don't think I will be back again.
Room design fault”
A very comfortable luxury hotel. The biggest fault was a design fault in the room. A bay stretching along the wall has an overhead part of the wall, painted in the same colour as the rest of the room, extending forward. I bumped my head five times in three days and my lady twice. We cannot be the only ones.The variety at breakfast was exceptionally good. However the quality of dinner can be described only as "OK" which was a contrast to the luxury of the hotel generally. They obviously need a better chef. Would we stay there again - yes.
What a wonderful concept: A private pool. We had the sky pool room, wonderful. The bed was heaven. I was a little disappointed with the buffet breakfast. It's catering to a European taste and understandable given it's mostly full of Germans and Scandinavians. The buffet breakfast at the Sheridan Blue Lagoon in Hua Hin is much better for my tastes but Cape Nidhra has better rooms, much better and in the same price range. The staff goes out of their way to 'sawatdee' you at every opportunity. Nice at first but then it got to be a bit much!
ฺAnother hidden gem in hua hin”
We booked a sky pool room for one night. Price was a bit high since it was a long holiday. However, we we entered to the room. We felt it worth all money. Room was very nice, big and clean. Private pool is the room was also nice. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast was very good. I like their fruit station.
