By far, the best hotel in BKK, if you’re willing to splurge on a luxurious stay. I’ve tried Waldorf and a couple of other high end hotels in BKK, but Capella is definitely in a class of its own.

I booked through the app with a discount price and was quite surprised that all the complimentary was also included. Staffs were so friendly and helpful to let us checkout at 6pm. Best amenities in the three hotels I stayed for this trip, Capella do really pay attention to even the small details. Strongly recommend for special occasions.

First of all thanks Namnow, Pony(Senior Culturist) ,Tai,June,Ya (HK)and the rest of the breakfast team they all remember our name its such personal service. Also always a warm welcome these staff deserve medal! My first comment is all staff should have name tag visible this is to benefit them and to improve service. For a case like this if i feel like i want to mention someone i dont have to ask for their names but able to see their names. Second the TV in the suite is acting up both of them although has been reported and been attended to but dont seem to be sorted properly. Lastly , we booked in a suite and the room been kept to impeccable standard all the amenities are worth the price so are the services best beddings and glassware! I cant express enough of how impressed am i with this hotel overall as a Platinum member i will continue to be loyaled to this brand Room 110

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed!”
First off, the hotel itself is extremely luxurious, tranquil, and peaceful. But what makes it much better is the staffs. I can wholeheartedly say that the staffs are the most impressive aspect of this 6-star hotel. They even memorize guest’s name for the sake of tailor-made services. The room itself is beyond what I’d normally call ‘relaxing’. All the facilities and amenities are top-notch. 10 out of 10 I’d go back and stay at this hotel again!

新しいバンコクの定宿に決定”
まずホテルの内装は新しく、ゴージャスです。 またスタッフが非常に丁寧です。はっきり言って、日本の高級ホテルよりもはるかに丁寧だと思います。 部屋も大きな窓からの眺めは開放感抜群で、全室になんらかのバルコニーが付いていて、バンコクの滞在をより肌で感じられると思います。 唯一の欠点は、折角、綺麗なプールなのに、そこからの景色がそれほど良くない(ヴィラタイプの部屋の屋根ばかりが見えます)ことと、ビルの日陰になっていることが多いので水温が非常に冷たいことです。寒いからだとおもいますが、滞在期間中、誰も泳いでいる人はいませんでした。 それでも、良いホテルなので、一度ぜひ泊まってみてください。
