Beyond amazing, truly a 6-star hotel establishment. Special thanks to Peggy for taking such good care of us. It was our first staycation with our 10 month old kid and golden retriever furkid. No easy feat with a screaming baby but this staycation at Capella was really money well spent. The dedicated team of staff at Capella ensured that our needs are all catered for (baby cot, baby toiletries, dog bed, dog toys just I name a few) and we are very grateful for their outstanding service. The level of service at Capella stands out from the other hotel names and the Capella experience started from the moment we entered the main lobby for check-in. Every staff that we met in the hotel had a ready smile and greeted us warmly, Capella really gives their competitors a run for their money. Being a pet-friendly hotel, our golden retriever was warmly welcomed in the reception area and the lovely staff team also entertained and engaged with my baby boy. I was touched by the level of interaction that gives that personal touch to the whole experience. Our stay at the colonial manor was nothing short of fantastic. The huge space was most appropriate for our furkid to run around. Thanks again to Peggy for this wonderful arrangement. If I had to pick on something, just a minor miscommunication which arose when we called the Knolls at +65 6377 8888 to check on corkage charges. Staff on the phone told us it's foc so we brought a bottle of rose wine along with us for dinner. However restaurant manager Eric then told us corkage was chargeable at $80. Also, the buffet breakfast spread at Knolls was pretty limited. At $48++ per pax we personally felt that breakfast could definitely be given a miss. Nonetheless, we were blown away by the people and luxury accommodation in Capella and we definitely look forward to be back again!
Merdeka Weekend Escapade @ Capella”
We stayed in Capella Singapore during the Merdeka Holidays and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I love the exclusive location and being surrounded by lush greenery. Every morning we went for walks around the establishment and we are able to have access to Pahlawan Beach. I feel so relaxed being able to be so close to nature and the beach. The pools are wonderful, there are 3 pools for you to choose from. The room is very luxurious and nice. The hotel takes the effort to make our stay more comfortable and warm by providing fresh local fruits daily. The Personal Assistants are always ready to assist us whenever we require any assistance. There is also complimentary beverages and cookies available upstairs the lobby and I enjoy the afternoons where I am able to relax and sip Camomile tea and nibble homemade Chocolate Chip cookies. The breakfast spread is lovely and i really enjoyed the freshly squeezed vegetable juice. I love the wild rocket, ginger and apple juice - its so refreshing and healthy!!! The spa is to die for but I am unhappy that as hotel guest we have to pay to use the facilities in the spa. I have stayed in most of the luxurious hotels globally and was never charged for the use of spa facilities. We enjoyed dining in the Chinese restaurant as the food is reasonably priced and delicious. But I would like to highlight that the service is slow considering the small number of patrons and I had to call the waitress numerously times to replenish my Chinese tea. Overall, we had a truly wonderful escapade in Capella and we will definitely be back again when we are in Sentosa.
Booked a room at Capella over the weekend to celebrate my anniversary. Also thought that it would be a good idea to plan a surprise proposal, didn't regret my decision one bit. Went a week earlier to orientate myself with the place and to finalize the execution. Staff was happy to show me around and even allowed me to view the villas upon request. On the day itself, Capella upgraded us to the Sentosa Suite. The view was impeccable and the room was large and comfortable, definitely a welcomed surprise. We had high tea at Cassia which was delicious and had a very nice ambience. With the help of a few friends, the day went as planned. Definitely a day I will never forget. Thank you Capella for adding to our once in a lifetime event and we were happy to have shared the experience at the most beautiful hotel in Singapore. My fiancee and I are now thinking of celebrating our anniversary at Capella every year.

here is very very good place for relax and charging the energy. singapore is very energetic country and diverse culture. but, sometimes, we would like to have calm and peaceful time in calm and peaceful place. i think capella singapore hotel is suitable place for this. during staying there, you can also approach to energetic place by walking, because it is localized in sentosa. the room had beautiful sight and was wide and high. but, there was no extra bed. that was a little flaw, because i brought my two children and wife. i strongly recomend this hotel.
I really enjoyed my stay at Capella; from the reception to the convenience of walking around Sentosa. It felt as if we had exclusive access around the whole island as free shuttles were provided to get around the island. And staying in Capella made it more convenient as we could just walk down the beach exit and you have Palawan Beach. During our stay here, we also did the iFly experience and it was really easy to get there from the hotel. Hotel staffs were accommodating and wonderful as they were able to surprise my bestfriend on her birthday - this was definitely a plus point! The chocolate cake was wonderful too! It was a shame we couldn't finish it all. The room we stayed in was comfortable and spacious, it really was a good stay for me and my best friend. Thank you Capella!

Weekend with the dogs”
It is difficult to find a hotel, much less a luxurious 5-star one, in Singapore that allows dogs in the rooms. Capella not only welcome your dogs, they also make sure that your fur-babies will enjoy the stay as much as you. What caught our eyes the minute we entered our villa were the dog beds, bowls and cartons of drinking water specially prepared for us; the dog beds even came with personalised name tags. Like many 5-stars hotel, the surrounding, rooms and amenities are luxurious and the service is impeccable. What sets Capella apart from the others and impresses us, is understanding our dogs are important and reflecting that care and thoughtfulness in their actions. We have enjoyed every single minute of our stay and we are very sure our dogs have loved it too.

Only one small issue with the category of room, which looked to be the travel agent’s fault. The hotel fixed it quickly and painlessly. Other than that, the rest of our stay was excellent. In particular, the Chinese restaurant was outstanding and my wife and I would highly recommended it. It feels like there is a keen attention to detail at the Capella, such as no silly card slot to keep the power and AC on in the room. No silly internet password or getting continuous kicked off. Balloons and flowers for my wife’s birthday. Lovely little touches around the room and property all added up to making the stay more relaxing and enjoyable. The room was comfy and well equipped, surroundings were lovely. The staff were friendly, attentive & accommodating to requests. Definitely not the cheapest hotel in Singapore but you always feel you can see where the money was spend and never feel short changed.

Exceptional stay but maintenance of facilities can be looked at”
I stayed in the Constellation room, which comes with a private jacuzzi. The room is beautiful, clean and even though it has a private jacuzzi and daybed outside in the balcony, the set up is designed in a way that it is private yet not covered. The view is breathtaking and service provided by all the attentive and well trained staff was beyond my expectations. However, I think some maintenance can be improved to make it outstanding. 1. The connection of the TV was not very good so most channels produced a streaky image. 2. 3 buttons on the jacuzzi were faulty so the full experience could not be enjoyed and 1 component from the jacuzzi fell apart shortly after turning it on. 3. The wireless telephone was always out of battery and would turn off in the midst of a phone call despite being left on the charging dock. 4. Room service for breakfast was a little disappointing. The egg benedict was tasteless and my hot cappuccino which I requested to come with soy milk, had lumpy and curdled residue towards the end of the drink. Food portion was also rather small. Overall, my stay with Capella was exceptional and it is indeed one of, if not, the best hotel in Singapore. The location, quality of service and it's ability to transport you away from the bustle and stress of Singapore, is worth a visit.

Was always a little skeptical whether a stay at Capella would be worth the high price tag, but boy, I’m now a convert after my recent stay! Staff were very friendly and attentive (rather than sooty as feared) and their service standards were truly impressive. Case in point: I had booked a premier sea view room, and on checking into the room, the hotel staff (a lovely lady called Nurul), had noticed that the pillows on the bed had “toppled” to the side slightly, and the sheet was not fully tucked in on one side of the bed. She immediately notified housekeeping. While I was satisfied enough when the housekeeping came promptly within 5 minutes to fix the situation, the Capella staff went the extra mile and greatly impressed me! They quickly arranged for a room upgrade to a Sentosa Suite, and even arranged complimentary bottle of red wine and prepared a warm bath, complete with scattered rose petals on top for a romantic touch! So surprised! Truly 6 stars service standards.

Very expensive but worth every penny”
Possibly the best hotel room I've stayed in, the Capella was a special treat and is way more than I would normally spend on a hotel, but I decided to go for it and go here instead of the slightly cheaper alternatives on Sentosa. I'm really glad I did - it's a fabulous place to stay. The room was huge and the sea view spectacular (personally I love watching the ships, although I've heard others moan about them). The people were great, the pool layout was perfect and the food was sublime (we originally thought we'd go outside the hotel to eat but it was just too good to miss). I also loved the way that the staff weren't afraid to treat you with hidden extras - a free glass of mango juice, a glass of champagne, something special for breakfast offered personally by the chef, or a bowl of ice cream by the pool. Somehow they knew just what we wanted before even we knew ourselves! Loved it. I thought this would be a one-off, but I would definitely return.

We booked the Capella as a special staycation treat for our beloved dog's birthday, as it was one of the few hotels that allowed pets. We were not previously familiar with the Capella, but after this stay, we will definitely try other locations. What stood out was the service and staff - made us feel very comfortable and everything was very efficient. Of course, the garden villa we stayed in was wonderful. So comfortable, spacious and luxurious. Loved it! Was such a great weekend! Can't wait to go back!
It was a beautiful staycation experience. The warm welcome and impeccable service we received at reception set the tone for the rest of our stay which proved thoroughly enjoyable! Our premier garden view room faced a lush view of trees and greenery which was a lovely change from singapore's high rise buildings. Our room was equipped with Bose sound system which played tasteful classical concertos. Our dinner at the Knolls was also enjoyable, save for a stray black kitten which constantly meowed for food and ended up being a little "stressful" as we weren't sure whether to feed it or not. Drinks and live Cuban tunes by Jeremy Monteiro's jazz trio was a great wind,down from dinner as well. Finally, the turndown service was thoughtful and one of the best we've experienced. All in all, impeccable service and probably the best luxury hotel in Singapore (in my opinion at least). Looking forward to our next stay with Capella , we are sure to be back!

The stay at Capella is one of a kind. The service offered is top of its notch. The room we stayed in was simply perfect! Never will one find the same in another hotel in Singapore! The room is big yet cosy. It has the ambience which can make couples fall in love again. The view out of the window is magnificent and majestic, the forest and ocean is right in front of you. We can view the sunrise on bed through its large windows. It is definitely worth every of our penny and we will surely chance upon staying in Capella again!!! =D

I went to Sentosa with my six years old daughter. It's very nice experience in Capella. The room is big and nice, I especially like the balcony that i can see the beautify view and sea. All the beverages in the refrigerator are free. The staffs are very nice and warm. I definitely will choose Capella next time with my family.
This was an extrodinary experience in singapore. We were recommened this hotel in Taiwan before we came. I stayed at Marian Bay Sands and also Capella this trip with my wife and two nine-year-old twin. Started from check in to this hotel till we left, it gave us a whole new experience of staying and enjoying in Capella. If I had a chance to visit singapore, this will be my only choice. Highly recommended!
Excellent place for a weekend escape to pamper yourself”
Staycation with my wife to celebrate her birthday and the biggest compliment I can give is that I don’t think it,s going to be easy to beat a stay at capella. Started with a room upgrade and the attention to details by the staff left a lasting impression, as they made the birthday celebration truly memorable. From personally going through the features of the room to making every effort to make your stay pleasant, really a class above the rest! Positives: -Room was spacious and well equipped. Awesome amenities too -Facilities are top notch (multiple pools mean that it’s never too crowded and the pool side service makes a real difference. Gym is also well equipped and in good condition, despite the hotel celebrating its 10 year anniversary - not sure if there was a revamp) - Lounge/Library is a nice place to chill over some tea time drinks and small bites - Restaurant/Bars: a visit to Cassia for their dim sum is a Must! Applaud Bryan and his team. Great to chill in the late evening at bob,s bar over some of their concoctions - fairly reasonable priced considering the location Negatives (nit picking here): - bed sheets could be better, had much smoother sheets in other hotels - the bathroom taps are really stiff and difficult to turn especially when your hands are wet - Bfast at Knolls had the same impeccable service standards by the staff al

Great seaview with balcony. Enjoy the swim in the pool with free afternoon tea break at the library. Wonderful breakfast with tasty Singapore Laska, English breakfast with poached egg and personalised waiter service. Overall, a great experience staying at Capella Singapore.
Awesomeness comes at a price”
My fiancee and I had a one-night stay at The Capella and it was really great! Even though we got the cheapest room, it did not feel cheap at all - everything was of top-notch quality... from Aesop toiletries to complimentary Acqua Panna water by the pool, everything was luxurious. No request seemed too much for the hotel. Oh, and the view from the hotel room was absolutely fabulous. The breakfast, though, pricey, was awesome - having champagne with the Capella Benedict was pretty much a dream breakfast. All in, it's a great stay, but don't expect it to be "value for money"...

We came across Capella primarily because we were searching for a hotel in Singapore that allowed dogs. Now, we are Capella fans. Great villas, too bad we could not try the restaurants because of our dog. Love the location which is right in front of the beach.
World class service”
The service at Capella was impeccable! The staff is always attentive to our needs and seek all ways to make our stay memorable. There were many nice touches such as fruits and cookies delivered to our room, popsicles at the poolside, and the many interesting programs for guests such as cocktail making, painting, scavenger hunt and activities for the children too such as baking, bubble tea making, painting etc. the high tea cakes served at the Living room was also amazing. This is truly the best hotel in Singapore!
