Beautiful resort with great service”
We booked a two-bedroom suite and was informed upon check in that the hotel has upgraded us to a three-bedroom suite. That was a wonderful start for our staycation. The suite is spacious with all necessary amenities well provided. They have also provided us with a welcome snack that had kept the kids' tummies filled and happy. The kids swimming pool is sufficiently big with floats of various designs provided by the hotel. The kids were kept entertained for a whole hour with the floats. One downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom is leaking and resulted in a smell in the bathroom. The engineering guys came to check on it twice but the issue was not solved and the leak and smell continued throughout our stay. Overall, the stay was still great and we are planning our next stay there!

Perfect staycation”
We had the best staycation at Capella Residence. The hotel gave us an apartment with perfect view of greeneries which was so relaxing to see everyday . The apartment was perfectly quiet and we hardly saw any other guests which is exactly what we wanted . The services were impeccable and prompt too . My two boys enjoyed the place so much too they were reluctant to say good bye to the hotel which was a first! We will definitely be back !

Amazing private paradise in Sentosa”
The one bedroom was massive. It was more than adequate. We had a patio outside our room where peacocks would visit every morning. It was truly a home away from home. Will always recommend the residences especially if you're staying longer.

A different league ”
Although pricey you definitely get what you pay for here. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa in the residences and it was perfect for a family. World class facility and service. The money we saved on airfares made this staycation amazing.

Having stayed at numerous places over the past year, I have to say that the service rendered by the Capella team is exceptional and second to none. The staff are polite, attentive to needs and know guests by name. Also, the in-room amenities provided are thoughtful and of quality, complementing the luxurious feel of the residences well. Finally, the vibe of the entire place, as well as the picturesque pools amid lush greenery, lulls guests into thinking that they are on an idyllic island overseas.

Shared our anniversary celebration, needs for our furkids and the want to have a relaxing weekend. We were in very good hands of the lovely staff with their arrangements, it takes our mind off the hectic lifestyle for the weekend. We will love to be back again

Had a great stay with 2 young children. Wish we had more time there to enjoy the programs lined up. Just wish it was more child friendly like having a baby tub in the room with some bath toys would be lovely. Overall everything was great.

Not value for money”
Stay at 2 bedroom suite for 3 days with family. They’re not the garden villa but rather residential apartment, so check out properly what you’re paying for. The facility is clean and neat but the apartment we’re staying in need lots of maintenance upkeeping. The restaurant is the saving grace as food is tasty and service great. Overall not value for money

Great staffs, well equipped room”
Checking in was not very smooth for us as I forgot to bring my identitication card for verification, even when my companion volunteered to use hers, Capella is very strict to only verify the booking with the person who booked the room even though i produced the credit card i used to book. A little inconvenient but at least they are strict in the check-in policy which at least makes me feel safer on security standard.. They are however kind enough to release the room to us but still expect me to provide a softcopy of my identitification card within 12 hrs. While I was pondering (with a sunken face) on how should i get it done as Sentosa is very far away from my house, Sophia noticed my expression and out of concern, asked me whether I am okay and do I need any help. She seemed apologetic to my situation but they still stand by their policy.. Not complaining but giving them the thumbs up for attentiveness to guest and being strict on policy which i hardly see in other hotels. Fortunately i managed to find a softcopy and cleared the check-in fast. However, our room was not ready (even at check-in time) and we were ushered to The Library to enjoy their lounge with snacks and drinks. We waited for almost 2 hours before we were told that our apartment is ready. Not very happy with the wait as I would expect it to be ready by check-in time, and we got bored with the minimal snack selections that didn't get top up fast enough. The staff serving us has been very friendly and drove us to our apartment even though it was a 2-3 mins walk from the lobby. Upon arrival then the staff told us that they have upgraded our room from a 1-bedroom apartment to a 3-bedroom apartment apartment! Luckily we were here for a celebration, eventually those who are not staying decided to stay and enjoy the fantastic apartment. Totally awe by the apartment as it is very well equipped with stoves, fridge, microwave and even oven! There is also dryer and washer at the back of the kitchen. Every roo

Exceptional stay at the Capella”
My family and I have just completed a 7 night stay in a 1 bed villa. The hotel, amenities, service and level of comfort is exceptional. The architecture is nothing short of stunning and I particularly loved the blend of old and new. Nothing is too much trouble to arrange and staff are courteous, friendly and attentive. The family pool provided lots of fun for the children, the resident peacocks visited our terrace each morning and one friendly female even came into the villa and wondered around! The fridge was topped up each day with a variety of food and the afternoon tea at The Library where we spent reading the daily papers was lovely. The gym is well equipped and i used it a couple of times. We loved it so much we are planning a return visit next Christmas. Thank you to all the Capella staff for making our stay wonderful.

Best experience ever”
We stayed for 4 nights at one of the residences. We booked two-bed rooms suit but they upgraded to three-bed rooms with very welcoming smiles. The food in the restaurant inside the hotel is amazing and no problem to bring small kids. The staff is very helpful and again always smile :). The pool is quite big and you get bottles of water and blankets. The location is a bit off of the center so you need a ride to any place to go, but this is why it is very quite inside the residences and you relax and enjoy your quality time there. And of course transportation is very efficient and the staff is always helping you wherever you go. All in all this was an amazing experience for us and we will definitely come back again.

I love the fact that their staff are all genuinely very warm and friendly. They’re not stingy abt the complimentary parking coupon as they know I’ll be going in and out many times . Their rooms are always clean and it’s also spacious . It’s my 2nd time here in The Club residence and I’m not surprise if I’m gonna book this place again next year !

Family Vacation”
Hi, I recently stayed at the Capella 2 bedroom villas on Sentosa Island. The room fitout was fantastic, with our own pool to cool down which the family thoroughly enjoyed. The only downside was the gutter maintanence which had two parts of the gutter broken and during a heavy downpour water went everywhere but the drain pipe. After a week I tried to extend our stay as my family visited me because I was on a Singapore business trip. Now, the original price was a great rate, then when I asked for an extension it was 3 times the price. Funnily enough the room was vacant the day we checked out, go figure!! Generally, the staff were excellent, breakfast great, except the personal PA for your room at times it took 2-3 hours to get something as simple as a newspaper delivered.
