    Just stay here for one night. But the second day must find a new hotel if you do not like this hotel. This hotel is not clean. The hotel is very close to the New Market. শুধু এক রাতের জন্য এখানে থাকা জাই । কিন্তু দ্বিতীয় দিন অবশ্যই নতুন হোটেল খুঁজতে হবে যদি আপনার এই হোটেল পছন্দ না হয়। এই হোটেলটি পরিষ্কার না। হোটেলটি নিউ মার্কেটের খুব কাছে। बस एक रात के लिए यहाँ रहो। लेकिन अगर आपको यह होटल पसंद नहीं है तो दूसरे दिन एक नया होटल खोजना चाहिए। यह होटल साफ नहीं है। होटल न्यू मार्केट के बहुत करीब है।

    This Guesthouse was the filthiest Place I ever stayed (I travel in India sins 1977). The Bad room was so dirty, the Floor at the Room was very dirty. To use this very dirty Toilette was an imposition. The Room was as small as 9m2. In the advertisement it says 28m2. After confronting the Manager with this, his comment was that Agoda did a mistake. There is absolutely no facility, no Bad towel or any Bedsheet to sleep. The Matrasses was hard like a Stone. To take a shower during the day, forget it, the cold water is so hot that you cannot tolerate it. The walls of the room where humid and dirty, whenever we returned to the Room there was this disgusting smell of humid Rooms. Never again.

    This capital guesthouse is very dirty . Room condition are very bad. Bad smell are spreading in whole building, there are not any type of good facilities that you could feel good. I paid 3 night room rent. When I arrived, I just left and shift to another hotel immediately. So I strongly recommend that never go or book this hotel. Otherwise you will must loose your valuable money and time.

    The room had stained sheets, no cover sheet, cockroaches crawled about. The room had dirt all around. The bathroom was dirty. The shower broken. Reception was supposed to wake me to catch the flight but were merrily sleeping and I almost missed my red eye flight. And finally the night receptionist tried to overcharge me for the taxi to the airport. All in all one of the worst places I have ever stayed in

    Very bad behaviour of the staff specially one old aged staff who started querrelling at the time of check in since I have booked room online. Dirty and conjusted rooms & bathroom. I recommend not to go for it & request agoda and other companies to delist this hotel.

    Room is so dirty, no new bed cover or pillow cover. Room not tidy up and rubbish from previous lodger not cleaned. Toilet is the worst, I even control not to pass motion there or I might ended up with vomit. The host scolded me for booking thru Agoda but they refused to give discount.

    I’ve been traveling as backpacker for much time. I’ve seen different rooms in different countries. Capital g/h needs to be fixed and well repaired. Drain in the room was connected to the drain from other room and as a consequence i got waste water coming to my drain...disgusting... They change linen, but rooms a absolutely old, walls are dirty extremely. Location is very good. But it is a little t of other hotels around... They really need to repair the rooms: drains, paint walls, fix pipes, fix wc and tap, etc...

    Every surface is dirty, bathroom is in awful condition. Towel (one for two persons) was stained and fraying. Only stayed for one night and got away as fast as we could. There are plenty of clean and reasonably priced hotels in Kolkata and it’s easy and affordable to get around with Uber or Ola. The location is not worth it, choose another place.
