Better hotels around this area”
The only good thing about the hotel is the location which is close a BTS station. The building is in the old style and should be renovated. The room was decent even though I expect much better quality. Breakfast totally bad so I didn't want to eat at the hotel, only 2 choices of breakfast: rice soup or sausages. WiFi internet is fast but unstable, sometimes it worked, other times not. Staffs were not so helpful, they didn't even help calling a taxi.

A gem by Chatuchak weekend market”
Our family first stayed in one of Capital Mansion’s spacious serviced apartment in 1989. When we returned for a short vacation this summer 2016, the hotel had undergone extensive renovation, but all in all, much was the same: dark teak floors in the rooms, a breezy reception/breakfast area that looks out onto the pool, helpful and committed management and staff. Conveniently located just off the major thoroughfare Phahonyothin Road, between Saphan Khway and Ari Stations on the BTS metro line, Capital Mansion manages to be connected to the heart of the city while maintaining a serene atmosphere. The hotel is also connected to the downtown area (and to the opposite direction, toward Chatuchak Market) by several bus lines. Many seemingly all-hours food stalls as well as several large shopping malls are located nearby; it’s just a two-minute walk to the nearest 7-11. The facilities are elegant and unpretentious and, while spacious, built to a human scale. There is complementary wifi and AC in every room, a balcony and a work space, as well as a refrigerator and pantry even in the rooms meant for shorter-term stays. On the ground floor, visitors can make use of the conference room and the miniature library/lounge/computer room. There is even an in-house cafe that doubles as the inclusive breakfast service (which is, again, simple and good: an assortment of fresh fruit, juices, pastries, yogurt). Both the rooms and grounds are unfailingly clean and well-kept. All of the staff we encountered, from the cleaning staff to the concierges, on call twenty-four hours a day, were extremely helpful (from giving detailed walking instructions to arranging safe taxi rides) and quite simply a pleasure to talk to. Capital Mansion is ideal for families, business people, large travel groups: anyone seeking a comfortable “home base” from which to explore Bangkok!

7 day stay”
clean, swimming pool, quirt
Great stay. Big clean rooms, modern furnishings. Very quiet. Cleaning ladies and breakfast preparers very polite. 2 minor issues. First, I had girlfriend stay with me, she tried to enter on motor cycle, however the security would no open the gate for her to drive motor cycle through. We have to drive around gate ever time we come and go. 2. When I check out, I ask for help for tuk tuk, but front desk said to go to the street. Still enjoyed our stay.

Very quiet and local service and standard”
Free Internet Wifi, Good Room, Quiet
The design and facilities is not 4 stars (no uniform for staff). Hotel is quite old. The staff is very nice friendly and support. I met him during Check-in (22:00) and also Check out (noon time) seem like it's only him who in charge 24hrs, and did all tasks. Check-in, Check out, escort, bell service.... In the room is quite new but over all hotel is old and a bit haunted. The price of the hotel is quite expensive when compare with the standard and facilities (should not call 4 stars), and only 1 person can stay in the room.

Good Basic Accommodation”
Price, location for our needs, free wife worked well
Capital Mansion is actually a long stay serviced apartment complex that also operates some rooms as hotels. The room was clean and quite large. The furnishing were very basic, but comfortable enough. There is a pool, but we did not use it. The inclusive breakfast is a combination of fresh fruit, fresh juice, pastries, and coffee. Not a large breakfast, but adequate to start the day. Based on the room rates, Capital Mansion is a good value for an individual, couple, or small family who does not need to have full upscale hotel furnishings. It is very convenient to BTS Saphan Kwai and shopping at a Big C Center near the BTS for any necessities. Also, if you need to exchange foreign currency while you are staying at Capital Mansion, two reliable money changer businesses offering better than bank rates, Linda Exchange and JAG Exchange, are within easy walking distance.

The manager is very difficult to deal with”
The manager is not accommodating at all and has some unusual policies. It is not really a hotel but some spare rooms that they try to rent out. Very difficult to find and traffic around the area is terrible. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone.

Comfortable and spacious rooms, helpful staff and ”
Room is very comfortable and spacious, near JJ market, and BTS station and in a local neighbourhood, staff are very friendly and helpful
Good! Capital Mansion is an apartment hotel with very spacious room, and is located near the weekend market, within walking distance from BTS station and Ari, where a lot of good restaurants are located. There is also a local shopping mall nearby and a lot of street food stalls round the corner in Pradipat. The area is very family friendly, but if you are looking for night life, this might not be the place. I'll surely stay here again.
