Difficult to find”
Hotel was hard to find. Taxi driver didnt know it after accepting fare from agent at airport. Nightmare looking for hotel called Capital O. It is actually called La Sapphire.

Room was not exactly as shown in the pictures while booking. Also, breakfast and wifi was mentioned in the benefits but they charged me for breakfast. The room had only one window which I cannot open as it had opening in the vent. The bath was not clean and it had an extreme foul smell. I asked the staff to clean it but they didn’t and just turned on the exhaust fan.

Not satisfactory for price paid”
We thought this to be a good hotel from pictures, but we had a unsatisfactory experience. First of all, they gave us a room full of smoking smell and a nonfunctional geyser. Upon complaining, they changed us to another room where we saw that the toilet flush was not working. Upon complaining, somebody came and fixed it, but again soon it went nonfunctional. Further, the hotel only provided soaps and towels, but charged for mineral water bottles. It also asked quite higher prices for arranging transports to airport/railway station services than Uber/Ola.

Water in the bathroom taps were so slow that had to wait for a long time to fill a bucket for bathing. Breakfast was very disappointing ; very few items and even those were of sub-standard .

The sheets were not clean neither was the bathroom...we got toiletries only after asking..flush wasn't working so we had the room changed then had to wait for another 3hrs for toiletries..we asked for water at night and called them thrice but never got it..had to check out next day morning thirsty..

Bad Experience”
I had a very bad experience with this hotel. I have been wrongly charged by the restaurant against the order which we never ordered. The breakfast served by the hotel was not only limited but it was taking 20 mins for the hotel staff to top-up. My guests ended up eating nothing as service was soo poor that we were not been able to have anything in the breakfast. The bread toasting machine was non-functional. Poha and parantha was there but poha was not filled and we were left with only having paranthas which was taking 20 mins. Very bad experience and absolutely not recommended

I booked the hotel and got the confirmation. When i reached there, they didnt let me check in because apparently they had some tariff issue. I ended up booking another hotel. Simply harassing customers at the last moment. Shameful

Good value ”
I was pleased to find, having seen some mixed reviews, that the hotel was well run and maintained. Being set 30 m on a side alley from the main road it was quiet, but had a big sign on the main road so easy to find. Room had everything that was needed and all in working order and clean. The staff were very helpful in arranging a car for me to do birding trips (but this is better value for a half day than just for getting dropped somewhere). I had problems connecting to the wireless internet, but these seemed to be with my computer as it was working and the staff helped out in using it. Of course as it is clse to the airport it is further from the usual sights in Delhi. The only negative is that food here is not so good, but there are some alternatives in the area.

We landed in Delhi airport at 2.15 AM and had arranged a pick up from the hotel. They didn't answer my email on time so called them on the phone to arrange. They requested for us to leave on gate number four and asked or flight details and terminal. The pick up wasn't there. We got told off when arriving at the hotel because we hadn't waited? surely it goes the other way round? The rooms were basic, clean-ish, but only a few were complete and there were workers around, etc... Lots of options around there, didn't check the rooms of the other hotels but surely others must be better. The staff in the morning was really nice and helpful, though!

Overall hotel was in good location about 20 mins taxi ride to international airport. Rooms were clean and bright with modern amenities. It was also near convenience stalls and roadside vendors selling clothes, slippers, food etc. Hailing a taxi from hotel was not a problem. Room service staff were courteous. However we booked an executive but were given what we thought were not an executive room. Upon highlighting to check in staff,they apologised for oversight and promptly assigned a room which we thought were better than what we were first offered.

My wife and I were looking for something close to the airport that was cheap and decent. This fits that bill. If you're going with high expectations, you will probably be disappointed. This hotel in my opinion is suited for those who are staying for a night and just need a place to stay near the airport. The rooms were small, but relatively decent, bedsheets clean, staff friendly.
