I love the overall ambience. Room is clean and comfy. However, cos the door/wall is thin you can hear the noise from outside. It's quite off-putting especially when there is a loud guest outside early in the morning. Nothing can be done about that so just bear with it. If you are staying for more than one day, the staff will send you a message asking if you want room make-up service, which I appreciate though I didn't really ask for one. Parking is available in front of the building, just be careful not to park it under the electric lines if you dont want birds droppings lining your car. Many shops/restaurants are available within walking distance for you to buy food and necessities. The hotel itself has their own cafe so don't worry about food. Bring your own bottle- water bottles are not provided in the room - you can refill it near the lift as they have water dispenser there.

Friend hotel staff, and extra convenient since they got lift for easy access to every floor. The room is marvelous. Super clean, like it is brand new..and I love how clean the bathroom is...it is totally look like a brand new..the hotel have their own laundry and nearby lots of restaurant to dine.

Good location for those who travel between Pitas and Kudat, located center of both location. Restaurant nearby, Supermarket available (99 Speedmart , Servay Express etc) and DIY. A bit disappointed when I found out walk-in guest rate more cheaper than Agoda, a variance of RM20+.
