Lovely”

Had a nice stay there. Hot water in the shower was very hot, had a very nice bath. Clean sheets and nice view from 6th floor. The food opposite the hotel that opens till am tastes fantastic and cheap. Will definitely come back next time.

Love it! The room is spacious and the hotel is near to downtown, but lighting in corridor is too dark. It could be improved

Positives: - Room and bathroom are spacious - Big windows with wide view - Strategic location (short reach from CBD and airport, plenty of foods nearby, right in front of the Immanuel church) Negatives: - The room was not perfectly clean (I called front desk who then asked me to call directly to house keeping. HK didn't answer the all of my 4 calls. Then call front desk again, this time she said she'll inform HK, and eventually a HK staff came after a long 30s mins).. Sorry I am very worried for cleanness during this pandemic! - Hot water didn't work at night - it worked at the following morning - Staffs didn't pay attention to the bookings. I asked for a standard double room with preference twin beds, and when I called, they said, they only recognized me booked for double bed - They only seen the book title, not the preference :( - Plus, I should say, the Check in took time a way longer than at other places.

Location!”

I stayed here because of the location. Near from station and easy to find food. Little bit disappointed with towel color (one is yellowing). I like the bed and the size of room. Value for money

A very nice room, but not so clean”

I am so glad with the room, its a spacious room with two large single bed and a sofa. Everything is nice, except for the suffocating smell of smoking, even though I ordered a non smoking room.

The location is excellent. For an affordable rate, everything was great. The room was pretty spacious and clean. The bed was big. However, the fridge didn't work. But overall, it was a great staying experience.

Nice stay here and good sleep. But cash deposit idr Rp. 300.000,- is to big than the other hotel as deposit just idr Rp. 100.000,- yes i know that is refundable but there's to big if idr Rp. 300.000,-

I love their spacey room, the mattress, also the wide window in each room... Need attention for the bathroom cleanliness... Location is short walk to PASKAL 23. Prepare your 100K cash deposit before check in...

Drinking glasses, bagged so expect to be clean. Not so, had blatant toothpaste residue that I did not have to look for. Ice tray in freezer had a layer of dirt also. As a traveler this type oh hygiene very important. Therefore I could never recommend this hotel to my friends

The Room so wide and there is fridge and hot water but the carpark not to much and the amenities in the room not to much towel and slipper we must make a request to receptionist

Stay in a group of three, surprised by the room.. we stayed in a suite family that fits for 3 ppl. I thought we are only going to get 1 king bed. Turns out it was connecting room with 2 king beds. 1 main bathroom and 1 toilet only. Location in great too
