Good room central location”
The location of Capri is very central, Nice room with big Windows, good bed, nice decoration, perfect shower, very comfortable with eye for detail. Breakfast is good with fresh products, but everyday the same choices.

Just great - you get a lot of comfort for the great price”
I’m not super keen on big hotels but I absolutely loved this one. It is not super fancy or fake over the top. It’s just right. The beds are incredibly comfortable with very good quality bedding. The room was spacious and the bathroom really nice, super silent spaces where you can get all the rest you need. I miss the bed already! The staff is really good: they are not on top of you but if you need something they are efficient. I left my passport in the safe and they sent it to the airport in 10 minutes. Wow. My only minor critique is that breakfast is at a cafe that’s probably a concession, delicious but I did not feel very welcomed over there.

Short walk from museum island and alexandraplatz ”
Location is pretty good, just that it is not the bustling area. Metro and bus stop are within 5 mins walk, but the area does not have many restaurants or bar. Facilities are of Capri standard, washer/dryer, induction cooker etc. Our tv has glitch and turn on and off itself

Nice hotel but not designed for families”
The hotel is newly modernised and the room was finished to a high standard. The small kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had a fantastic shower. Location is very handy, next to a bus stop with direct links to the centre. The breakfast was fairly simple but excellent quality. Those were the good points. Unfortunately I found the bed uncomfortable, it sloped towards the edges due to a mattress topper used to merge the 2 singles into 1 king size bed. Also the pillows were extremely fat, far too high for my liking. We booked with agoda, chose the largest studio room so there would be plenty of space for our 2 children. However, on arrival we were informed that the rooms were not suitable for families. The very small chaise long was not even long enough for my 6 year old to sleep on. He had to share our bed, and we had to pay an extra €25 per night for a camp bed for our 9 year old.. if Agoda had made this information available to us, we would have chosen other accommodation.

it has everything you need except bathtub ! a kitchen with complete cutleries and cooking set, iron for ur cloth, robe, complimentary water, cable for any type of ur phone, complete bathroom amenities like lotion conditioner and etc the staff is super friendly and helpful, i feel like home the lobby is nice and unique

Functional, self-service hotel”
Pros: -brand new. Opened in 2017 -quite spacious rooms -kitchenette -plenty of power outlets in room -friendly manager and operations staff -quiet rooms if they face the back -in-room safe big enough for 15” laptops -bus stops outside hotel -supermarket across the street Neutral: -location is not close to business center or hipster hangouts -traffic can be very congested along main road -laundry room only has two dryer+washer machines -wifi could be spotty, especially in laundry room Cons: -Front desk IT system not reliable -Dark rooms and bathrooms -Maintenance issues inside room -- drainage leaks and insufficient ventilation -Smell of beer or vomit in hallway lingering for days

Excellent location, close to everything whether you want to walk or use public transport. Very helpful staff at reception. Spacious bathroom, shower cabin is huge and there are 2 shower heads. Comfortable bed with comfortable pillows. Functional kitchenette with enough plates/cutlery for 2 people. The only inconvenience, there is only one chair so if both people want to eat in the room simultaneously, it's a challenge.

Great location”
Our room was beautiful. Tea and coffee provided and a little fridge to keep any cold beers in. The bathroom had an amazing shower but no bath unfortunately. We walked from our location every day either to the water or public transport, the location was fantastic. The staff were extremely polite and very welcome. Would recommend this to anyone!

ok stay but need improvement ”
I knew this is a new hotel so I did expect to find some flaws. Good washer and dryer. A few blocks from U station. Supermarket across the street which has better stock than other stores in downtown. Things that need improvement... I saw dishwasher tablet but i couldn't find the dishwasher in the unit (maybe my fault but i opened all cabinet doors). The towel on the bathroom sink looked like it had stain. The room was really hot. I turn down the thermostat but no use. It is only semi cool right below the air duct. Once i stepped off a foot away it started to feel like an oven. I ended up just shutting off the thermostat. That became a little tolerable. All in all i am ok for the price paid.

Not as good as other Fraser”
I have been to many Fraser apartments in all over the world. I have to say this one is very poor. Although everything is new, the staff lacks of experience which makes clients run from stairs everyday to change room cards.

lack of good staff in the morning”
There is a white male staff in the hotel acts like racist. No matter who you asked him to do, he simply said no. The night shift non-white staff are better. I think the hotel should know it is doing hospitality business, you should welcome guests from all over the world, no matter where they are from. However, that staff clearly shows this is a white-male-centered hotel. What a shame!
