Capri by Fraser never let me down. A rather new hotel in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, it comes with gorgeous view of Exchange 106 tower and Merdeka Tower 118. Room that I had was spacious, clean; the floor-to-ceiling windows were stunning and the mattress was very comfortable. The gym room and swimming pool are on the top floors with impeccable views, we really enjoyed ourselves there. Location wise, it's 5-min walk away from Pavilion shopping mall and basically there are wide range of eateries choices all around the hotel, ranging from the high-end fine dining restaurants to the local delights from hawker shops. Btw, I couldn't find their location in Instagram?! It's a shame as I think hotel's presence in social media is essential to boost up sales and popularity! Parking wasn't complimentary but was worth it given it's located at the expensive and prime area in KL. It was RM15 for unlimited entries of 24 hours, after validation with the 40th floor's reception. It's also an automated car park system where you park your car inside a lift, get out of the car and the lift will elevate your car to the empty parking slot in high floor, interesting experience for me. Breakfast was standard Western + Malaysia cuisine, with yogurt, fruits and chef around to take your order for noodles and fresh omelets. Nothing to shout about but was quite fine. Special compliment to Sun Hong, the reservation officer who gave us complimentary towel origami birthday cake and assistance to upgrade my room with payment. She also assisted to get the hotel staff to send my pre-ordered cake (from third party) to my room by 11.55pm. The only down side is when we called to reception, they do not have lighter for me to lit up the birthday candles; claimed that it's for safety measure. Fortunately, there's 7-11 within walking distance and I managed to get a lighter there. Overall, very pleasant stay! Would definitely recommend other travelers or staycationer to explore their stay here! :)

A value for money hotel in the heart of 'happening' bukit bintang area. Location: It's located on a back alley of Bukit bintang, adjacent to Ritz Carlton. It's 10 mins walk from Bukit Bintang MRT, 5 min walk to Farenhiet mall so for food and the vibe it's perfect location. Check-in: Although check in time is 3pm but I was able to check in at 1 pm withoit any problem. Reception is at 40th floor. Check in was quite smooth and took 5 mins only. Room: Room was v clean but comparatively small. Attached bathroom was spacious. Room.had a large LCD TV, steam iron, empty fridge, microwave, hot water kettle and tea/coffe amenities. Bathroom had dental kit, shower gel, shampoo, two towels (they shd have given more), and a safe. View from the room was not that great (looking into Ritz Carlton). Bed was very comfortable and so were pillows. They don't provide bottled water instead there is filtered water in sink tap. Amenities: They have a bar at 40th floor (The Den), restaurant at 40M, 24 hr gym and sauna amd a premium lounge (only for studio Premier and 1 bedroom.premier). Cost: it costed 385 MYR/day (113 SGD/day) through agoda for a room.with double bed. Overall great location, clean property but a bit small rooms for the price.

Location is perfect - walking distance to Starhill, TRX and Pavillion mall but not trapped I traffic like those joints along Jalan Bukit Bintang (this hotel is on Jln Imbi). Room is clean and the room I stayed in has an awesome view of the city. Umbrella is provided in the room for guest to use, which is handy in this rainy season. Could have been a full mark from me and wife but was taken back with the “lack of willingness” to process my check in. 2 front desk staff were stationed, I approached one staff but he was in the middle of closing/processing something (according to him) and passed it over to the next staff. The receiving staff initially was “busy too” (he verbalized it in Malay; surely they are aware I speak/ look Malay) then reluctantly proceed to checked us in. Small bump- but could be better. The ambience of the Den the surrounding view is beautiful! Highly recommended for couples. The room that we stayed in might be too crowded for family of 3 with big kid.

the location of the hotel is very good, can walk to the most prosperous core area, and also very convenient to take the MRT or rail transportation. The facilities are also complete and perfect, room is bright and clean. The most important thing is that the hotel staff are very friendly and polite. When we chek out and left the hotel to take back the car, we found that the car tire was punctured by a nail. a staff of the concierge named Azrul, he was quickly helped us contact the car repair shop and accompanied us to wait. He followed up throughout the whole process. Such a positive work attitude and the behavior of helping guests to solve problems touched us very much. Thank you to the all hotel staff for making us have a very pleasant trip in KL.

Wonderfully situated, right across the road from Tun Razak Exchange, next to a Ritz Carlton and minutes' walk to major malls in Bukit Bintang, the Capri is a great find. It is very clean, has lovely spacious and well-laid out rooms, and best of all, has great staff. Appropriately and genuinely friendly, very competent and efficient, they know their job well and also have very good customer manners. I accidentally broke my glass bottle going into a lift and the next thing I knew, the staff had reassuringly calmed me in my shock, and quickly but gently (without fuss) expedited me to another lift while handling the mess. At the breakfast restaurant, the staff demonstrated teamwork and initiative as they picked up their duties and called on each other. There are many other examples of great staff. However, the fellow at the reception could give guests a more welcoming experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the morning breakfasts which very adequately cater to international (including Western, Chinese, and Malay) palates. While waiting for keys to our rooms, our bites at the lounge were also exceptionally well-prepared. There are other new hotels also quite excellent and inexpensive in KL now, so Capri should keep its rates competitive.
