About 15 Mins by Taxi to District 1 (Shopping and Bar), but very close to the Convention and exhibition Hall. Place is very clean, complete with basic amenities and very helpful staff. Food are just right for a short stay. The gym is justified to be near the washing bay, where you could stay busy while waiting for your clothes to be cleaned. Shower and Toilet are well kept. No Complain.

almost 80% was nice. But my room, there was a problem with a A/C. I stayed there for 4-5days. and for two days, it took times to fix.... They gave me a fan, but it was too loud..... But their services, attitudes were amazing. And pretty good breakfast :) Thank you for all the services!

If you've to attend events at SECC, this is a good hotel to stay because it is just across the road. There is a handful of restaurants nearby and a convenience stall opposite. Staff is friendly and there is daily housekeeping.

No pool ,no bidet, English speakers ”
Pros : nice location with free breakfast Not that full spread breakfast but it's complete with egg station, drinks ,bread,dessert, meat and vegetables. No yogurt and just butter and jam. Toiletries' shampoo lotion body wash toothbrush toothpaste tissue toilet paper no comb. Nice kitchen - complete with dishwashing soap n sponge Coffeewith drip coffee n tea Beddings and pillows are so comfortable you don't want to get up from bed. Con :No bath tub. When we checked in at 1:30pm , the reception did not inform us that there will be a fire drill in the building. . At 2pm., while we are resting, a very noisy alarm was heard and there is a speaker saying ( you must go out of the building now the building is on fire ) now we went out to the stairs from 10th floor to the lobby. We were surprised not to see anyone out. So what is this for . I confronted the reception and they just said , oh that is only a fire drill. They hav a posted notice in the elevator. They should have informed

Good value hotel in beautiful District 7”
The location in District 7 is ideal if you love the area (which we do) and/or want to be close to the Conference Centre. Not so bad for District 1 (lots of taxis, $6-$7, 30 minutes). The staff were very friendly and the quality of the room excellent. We did not eat in the hotel since we prefer to go to the restaurants overlooking Crescent Lake (7 minutes' walk). I suspect the hotel restaurant food is good but it lacks the lake view.

Unprofessional staff”
I chose this serviced apartment/hotel because it’s close to the exhibition center. The room is a lot smaller than it looks on pictures. I stayed there for four nights and when I was having breakfast for the last time, I slipped while carrying a cup of coffee at the dining hall because there was water on the floor. Almost an entire cup of searing hot coffee ended up on my chest and shirt. The staff at the restaurant just said sorry, not even in a sincere way, and apparently did realized what I just suffered because of their incompetence and negligence. I would have filed a formal complaint if I had had the time.

Reached in the evening about 8pm; walked in a stuffy and hot hotel; corridors of my room level was just as hot. Moving forward to breakfast the next day, the aircon was not turned on. For business, I didnt appreciate a sweat drenched shirt.
