WOW!!”

I was surprised at how good this container hotel was and how true to its description it is! First of all, the location is Prime! - smack in the middle of the airport, what more can you ask for ? Checking in is a breeze, you get a simple but adequate toilet kit- although the addition of a shower gel would be nice too. It was very easy to locate the rooms too. I stayed in the female only capsule, which comes as a single bedded capsule, not with the double decker steps. It was perfect- not too small, just right , with enough space for a standard cabin luggage at the foot of the bed.Bed was comfortable, and the area was nice and quiet enough to get some sleep before my next flight.I thought a container hotel would be tiny, maybe cramped, not very comfortable and maybe claustrophobic etc- but it totally wasn’t! Very comfortable and safe place to stay if you intend to pull an overnighter at the airport.For those flying out of klia , it is just one stop away from klia2 via klia express, within 5 minutes, and it costs only rm2 to get there! Bravo #capsuletransit!

SUPER CONVENIENT HOTEL FOR SOLO FEMALE TRAVELER”

So I booked this hotel before and after my trip to Dublin. I needed an accommodation that would be extremely close to KLIA for my morning flight and also close by for my midnight arrival. Granted it is in KLIA2, but transfer from KLIA to KLIA2 with KLIA Transit line. Plus, because it is practically situated in KLIA2, those late night munchies craving is easily pacified due to the many 24 hours FnB outlets. A good nights rest,food easily available and female-friendly. Check.

CAPSULE by the Airport”

When I googled it it says its about 1km from KLIA2 but it was actually within KLIA2 at Level 1 on the way to bus or taxis... i was on transit for 12 hours and decided to sleep for a while... its for independent travellers that dont require much and can manage doing things on their own, it has basic kit of towel, watee and dental kit. there are slippers in your capsule. you have your own power supply, lamp, beddings, you can request for earplugs and a wakeup call... there is a shared toilet/bath. its really convenient and will be staying there again when in transit at klia2

Convenient place to sleep in KLIA2”

The capsule hotel is situated on Level 1 (Transport Hub) in KLIA2. Upon exiting the arrival hall at Level 2, go straight and follow the signs to Transport Hub. The hotel is in a quiet corner of the airport and the capsules are fairly quiet (unless your neighbour talks or opens plastic bags). A complimentary bag is provided and it includes a towel (to be returned upon check out), a bottle of water, and a toothbrush kit (very useful if KLIA2 is your first stop of your trip and you forgot to bring your toothbrush). I booked a 6 hour slot due to a much lower rate, so when I checked in at 12:30am, I thought I could sleep all the way to 6:20am and checked out at 6:30am. Annoyingly, the staff gave me a wake up call at 5:30am even though I didn't request for a wake up call. After I was woken by the call I couldn't sleep anymore because there were other guests waking up to catch early flights and it was quite noisy. I suggest that the hotel should check with the guests upon check in whether they need to have a wake up call. And if the hotel wants to remind guests of their check-out time, they should call 20-30 minutes before the time, not 1 hour. (Maybe ladies need 1 hour to shower, dress up and put make up. But guys like me can do everything within 20 minutes. I value sleeping time more than anything else.)

Simply worked perfectly like on a factory belt. reservations online, arrival, staff elpful and you are handed a bag with a towel and your access key (have to pay 50MYR deposit). The design inside is very nice and hip. very comfortable beds and clean showers. Attached to the new "Terminal shopping Mall". Only downside is if you arrive late (around 2am) to Kuala Lumpur airport Terminal 1 (the other terminal across the runway). By then the trains had stopped their service. No bus or shuttle from T1 to T2 and you are left to taxis requesting a laughable 50MYR++ for a very short ride. Great concept hotel and works just great opposed to hotels in T1 who set their rates so high without a corresponding service.

Good Place for transiting in KLIA ”

It was good palace in KLIA to sleep well before your next flight with valuable price ! I thought that you should consider this hotel if you have long time for transiting to your next time throughout KLIA2.

worth it during a long stopover”

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Capsule hotel, it was just what I needed during a 17-hour stopover in KL. However, I had a hard time finding it as I had thought it was in KLIA rather than KLIA 2. So that information on the website could be better communicated, or maybe I just didn't read it carefully enough. But I was very happy with my stay, it was very luxurious, clean and chic.

Reasonable ”

If you are very privacy person, good to stay. Each cells has only roll up screen. Some of the guests make big noise when they move their luggage. You can ask for the ear plugs if you want. KLIA2 is better than KLIA with lots of shops. I enjoyed staying there.

My Second Stay within a Journey”

Again, I am coming to Capsule, but my arrival was in KLIA and it was after 12am. I need to take taxi from KLIA to KLIA2 which costs me RM32 (This rate is based on metered taxi I took at the Level 2 of KLIA, otherwise if I took a Airport Limos, it shall cost at least RM50-60 for a short distance due to midnight rate). If normal hours, it only take RM2 by using KLIA Transit. Having a shower is precious as I was coming back from long journey in US before my connecting flight in next day morning, at least I have a short nap. Again, in future if I have better budget, I will surely go for "full size" hotel room.

Great value and convienence - but watch out for quality of sleep”

If you are transiting thru KLIA and convienece is what you are after - you can't beat this place. However as it is more bunk, rather than capsule (open one end) - any one walking past, kids in the corridor will affect how quiet your bunk is. For example a large group with kids came in at about 3am and they probably woke up everyone in the section. Also ask for away from staircase - people's footsteps going up and down really killed any silence you might be after. So if you are a heavy sleeper - go ahead - if you need silence, you are better off in a local hotel near KLIA where it is an actual room

Convenient”

It's located at KLIA 2. So if you're landing in KLIA, you'll have to take the train to KLIA 2. The facilities were sufficient and it's very convenient even for late night check in.

Satisfied stay”

I stayed there for 6 hours and liked it. Security wise was quite good with card system; capsule is fairly big to move about, and the curtain is sturdy - felt more secure psychologically; convenient - provides towels, slippers and toiletries - just nice for connecting flight travellers; and it's quiet too! Location - right inside KLIA2 - easy access even from KLIA.

Good for transiting travellers arrived and departing from KLIA2. Please allocate enough time for transfer if you are departing from KLIA, which takes about 10 mins by shuttle bus.

VERY CONVIENIENT”

I needed a hotel that is as nearby to KLIA as possible for my morning flight. And I also needed one that is convenient a.k.a food, last minute shopping and etc. This hotel is practically inside KLIA2 so all this available 24 hours.

Easy, strategic and simple”

I enjoyed it much, although it was only for 6 hours before heading to KL city centre as my place just arrived at almost 1 a.m. I love the location; it's easy to find at KLIA 2 terminal, surrounded by 24-hour restaurants, convenience stores as well as shopping arcade. No breakfast was served but that was fine...

Very Convenient ”

If you fly from KLIA1, you can still stay in this hotel for overnight. There are free shutters from KLIA1-KLIA2 outside Gate10 on the same floor with the hotel. They will also provide free lockers for luggage and suitcase. The only pity is that they can provide a self-setting morning call via in-room phone. But the phone in my capsule just couldn't work. But it was 2 am, so I didn't check with the staff. Hope next time it will work.

quick rest for transit passenger”

i got at 12hr package mixed capsule room. Check in was easy, friendly staff, toothbrush, towel, bottled water are provided upon check in. Lockers are available for free if you have big luggages. Tiny blood stain found on my pillow and mattress, no slipper provided. If you would like to shower, bring your own slipper. Toilet is clean as staff clean it regularly. The environment is quiet generally, but people move in move out (3hr, 6hr package visitor), noise can't be avoided. Overall, convenient location for KLIA2 transit passenger to have a quick rest. For KLIA passenger, you can took the KLIA express/transit to travel between terminal for small fee. Free shuttle bus available between terminals as well if you don't mind do some walking to the bus terminal.

1. convenient to transit if u are transiting in klia2. 2. provide slipper, toothbrush set, tower when u check in and available shower gel/shampoo in the toilet. 3. big luggage has to be placed at the locker outside of the check in counter. Therefore, only out things u wont be using in the big luggage, else it would be a hassle to open the luggage at the outside. 4. it will be more quiet if u are allocate to sleep on the upstair and at the end of the place. 5. great service, fast checking- checkout. Ideal for a long layover ”

We stayed at the Capsule hotel at KLIA2 during a recent trip to Bali on which we had layovers of 7 & 10 hours respectively. The bus from KLIA M to KLIA2 was easy enough to locate and the free service ran on time. We found everything we needed in the way of snacks and refreshments from the 24 hour stores in the KLIA 2 terminal. The Capsules themselves were comfortable and clean and had enough space for us and our kids to get in a good few hours of recovery sleep. The superior triple was perfect for us as the container door provided some extra privacy and quiet. I would happily stay here again on a long layover.

Don't expect anything”

I am 24-year-old female traveler from Jakarta, Indonesia. I book this hotel without paying attention of its location carefully. I had a long connecting flight from Amsterdam to Jakarta, about 12 hours away. So I think I could rest for a while in this hotel. But I didn't pay attention that this hotel located in KLIA 2, but my flight was in KLIA 1. I need to pass the immigration (where the queue is taking almost an hour it self), get the train from KLIA 1 to 2, and walk in the looooooong corridor before finally I get in there. Apart from the location, the other facilities are okay (not satisfying, but not so bad either). Other than the price that much cheaper compare to Sama Sama Express, every other thing goes below expectation. So like I said, do not expect anything...
