We had the most wonderful stay here. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, welcoming, friendly and kind. They gave us a free upgrade, a calligraphy lesson, and restaurant recommendations. The communal space was so comfortable we were reluctant to leave each day. The bathrooms were spotless and the women's in particular was incredibly well stocked with choices of products for hair and face. It was an absolute dream stay!! Would love to return.

Guests entering the lobby have to take off their shoes. I appreciate this a lot. Toiletries of every kind for your comfort are Also provided. The shampoos' range from Tsubaki to Shiseido as well as other Japanese brands, allows one to self-pamper after a full day of touring. Pyjamas and ear plugs for guests' use (for free) are also available. Staff are friendly and helpful. So, for a good night's rest in Hakodate, choose this hotel!

They have very nice staffs, I can see that they're working happily. Location is very good, exactly in front of tram station that only 2 stations from Hakodate main station. Amenities are complete, even they gave me some gifts, the place is very clean. I'm very very recommend this place if you visit Hakodate. Too bad I only stay for one night. The hotel was perfect, the city was nice. Sure I'll stay again next time.

A wonderful hotel/hostel. Super clean and cosy, with the most welcoming staff I have ever encountered in my travels. The facilities are just amazing. The bathroom has everything you need. You can even sleep in fresh Japanese pijamas! The common area is very relaxing, there is free tea and the staff gave me a matcha tea demo and offered me to try on a kimono for free as well. I fully enjoyed my stay!

Without words! The staff is very nice and friendly. I was having troubles with my shoes and the snow, I fall several times. They help me to found the ice spikes that I need. The bathrooms, the rooms, the communities areas are very clean and comfortable. Very near to a bus stop.

Was upgraded to a private capsule upon check in, the staff were so nice to me. They sold snacks and drinks in the lobby if you didn't want to go the combini down the road. This was my first experience in a capsule hotel and it was amazing, the facilities were clean and provided everything including towels, pyjamas, razors, and all the toiletries. Would definitely stay again

Staff rushed to us with towels when we arrived at the hotel drenched in the rain! The thoughtful gestures and interactions from them really made us feel at home! Showers were extremely clean and well-equipped! Even PJs and earplugs were provided on top of towels and toiletries! Definitely would come back again!

A very good Capsule Hotel in Hakkodate! ”
This capsule hotel was exactly what I needed when I stayed in Hakkodate. The staff was very welcoming and the bottom bunk half room that I booked was the perfect size for one person for the night. They price was amazing too! I highly recommend this place to anyone trying to find an inexpensive place right next to the street car line right in downtown Hakkodate!

Like brand new. Not at JR station, two tram stops away, but worth the travelling, just cross the road from the tram stop. McDonald, big drug stall and family mart nearby. Also easy to get to sightseeing places by tram, suggest you get a one day pass, more worth it. Can buy from counter, same price at Tourist Information centre. Very cozy lobby with free drinks (hot/cold tea and water) and 100-yen snack bar. Free kimono for photo taking at the lobby. Suggestions of eating places on the wall. FOC towels, pajamas, etc. Wifi is good too. Very helpful staff, provide best services.

Staffs are great, very friendly, helpful.the facility even offers pyjama, toothbrush, hairbrush, sponge etc, all for free.ladies can even avail of free kimono (for pic), foot and hand massage.
