CapsuleTransit KLIA 2 (Landside) - Gateway@KLIA2, Level 1
Sepang / KLIA,Kuala Lumpur - View on map
"This capsule hotel provides the absolutely basics that all travellers look for after a long flight/during transit (a comfortable bed, shower, locker for storing your luggage, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, towel and a bottle of water). The staff were very polite and friendly. The capsule itself is comfortable enough, free wifi, has an electric socket that comes in handy for charging your phone and a very tiny drawer for you to lock your belongings if you bring your own pad lock (Locker space for your luggage is available in the reception area). If you wish to store your luggage there after checking out, you can rent a locker at a fee. Due to the nature of this hotel, you do get people checking in and out throughout the night which may affect light sleeper but it wasn't so much a concern for me. The ventilation system wasn't working particularly well the day I was there, as I did find the capsule a bit too warm. The door to the capsule area was left opened by the cleaning staff much of the morning which isn't the best safety practice and should be addressed. All in all, this hotel is recommended for sole travelers needing somewhere to rest for anything between 3-12 hours."

TBS Rest & Go Transit Motel
Cheras,Kuala Lumpur - View on map
"I upgraded my room from single to Queen/ king sized bed capsule. No regrets! Pros: The capsule is equipped with card access (which means security), aircon/ ventilation?, charging points, adjustable lightings, reading lamp, reading table, mirror, mirror light with adjustable brightness (girl's dream). Pillow, blanket provided. Down point: -No toilets available and thus need to use public toilet (just right across). However, it was closed for cleaning around 7 to 8 am when I wanted to use it in the morning. Had to walk aross another side of the building to use the toilets. - questionable cleanliness? When I opened my capsule which I was told it's cleaned. Found stains on bedsheet, used tissues in the capsule and messy pillows and unfolded blanket. Requested staff to clean and he cleaned within few minutes. Staff is friendly and react fast. - Dont expect to be able to sleep well before 1 am unless you are someone who fall asleep fast and not affected by noise (announcement by TBS) "

Dash Box Hotel Cyberjaya

"We enjoyed our one-night stay in this hotel. The location of this hotel is quite far, a 40-minute driving from Kuala Lumpur City Centre. As for the room, even though being small, but it is super clean. Well done. My suggestion to the hotel management is to provide at least tea spoon in the room. And please resolve the flies issue at your restaurant. I observed there are so many flies during our breakfast time. But the food taste, excellente as you can order anything you want."

Riccarton Capsule Hotel
Chowkit / Putra WTC,Kuala Lumpur - View on map
"It’s such an excellent place for my business trip this round in KL. This is my first Time experiencing capsule hotel. Surprisingly it’s a well designed capsule bed with simple equipped. The hotel has provided their guests with a clean bedsheet, nice pillows and comfortable quilt. And with the door attached the capsule bed, I felt so secure when sleeping at night. The staff of Riccarton are well trained and friendly. Their responding are prompt and they are doing their best for the guests. I was really impressed with their services especially the manager Genie. She is so helpful. I am really happy to choose and stay in Riccarton. It eases my mind where I should stay in my next trip in KL. Strongly recommended to everyone!"

"I liked it. Is very convenience to have for get a chinese restaurant, 24 hours restaurant and western food restaurant only 1 min to get there. Walk 2 min to Shopping complex, monorail station, taxi, but Bus Station to Singapore. I have read the review before I do a booking, I also worried about the cleaning problem, after stay there, overall is ok. They are improve it already. Some of the guests are talking with the phone, but not that much noisy. Will stay here again when I travel to Kuala Lumpur again. "

21 Capsule Hotel Bukit Bintang
Bukit Bintang,Kuala Lumpur - View on map
"Hotels in Kuala Lumpur is a bit more expensive than in Thailand, especially in an active area like Bukit Bintang. Usually cheap hotels like this have yellow-stained sheets, but the linens are always white here. Another thing I noticed is how they regulate the air conditioner. Sometimes they turn it off for a bit and turn it back on to regulate the room temperature so everyone can stay comfortable. If its too cold, people would freeze and too hot people would sweat. If you stayed here long term, like I have, then you can get your linens cleaned upon request and get a towel replacement that way your body is wrapped in clean bedding always."
