I've written a review for Wood House Hotel before and said I would return here - and I did. The place is still excellent and this time, I even got breakfast here which was simple but good: very good coffee, made with a proper espresso machine, not an automated one, toast, butter, jam, fresh cherry tomatoes and fresh bananas. The lobby doubles as cafe/breakfast lounge a...

I stayed here for the olympics so I didn’t actually spend much time in the inn. Strictly for sleep. However the capsules were very cozy. They aren’t sealed capsules. Just a curtain that gives u privacy. Though the curtain is only opaque halfway up. If ur in a top bunk it doesn’t matter but ppl can look into the bottom bunks. The beds are a bit hard but that’s a posit...

This is an hostel which has an ambition of becoming a hotel! I like it very much! It's a new hostel. Everything is new and clean. The room is well-equipped and nice-furnished! The bed sheet and comforter are super clean! The heating system is powerful, more than warm enough. I felt warm and comfortable in winter nights. There is a tea bag, an instant coffee bag and a b...

The place is conveniently located near subway however one would have to go through small alley to get into the building. Bed and capsule is neat, clean and with good ventilation. Capsule size is good enough for sleeping and conveniently has TV inside. Staff is very, very friendly and nice. Bathroom could improved if there is enough shower cubicle and toilet for gues...

The Cube felt like a little, cozy home in the heart of Myeong-dong. It’s a four-ish minute walk from the station, up a slight incline, and up a few flights of stairs. The hosts were extremely friendly, informative, and kind. The facilities were immaculate and easy-to-use. The beds were clean, and they provide a small locker with two towels and a pair of slippers waitin...

The lady at the front desk speaks English Chinese & Korea. The owner speaks English, Korean & Japanese. With these two, you should have no problem communicating. A restaurant with delicious food and a cafe/bar with kimbap and tea. The living quarters were more comfortable than expected and the smell of cedar puts you right to sleep:)
