A very comfortable stay!”
Pros: prime location, along the road, easy to locate because of clear signage, across Chinatown station Exit F, available outdoor area for smoking and eating, cardless door entry, privacy obtained through blackout blinds in every bunk, outdoor slippers provided, free coffee and use of towel, free N95 mask provided, request for lower bunk bed satisfied, high quality mattress, universal outlet and bed light in every bunk, clean room, room 23 have big area for huge luggages, with 10 bunks inside it doesn't feel crowded, work station and lastly they let you leave your luggage after check out until 6:00PM. Cons: you have to pass through the lobby to get to the bathrooms, limited number of bathrooms, okay with toilet and bath together (typical in Asia) but the space inside is so tiny you can't really move and there's the possibility for towel & clothes to get wet unintentionally, poor internet connection at night, very LATE check in at 3:00PM and too EARLY check out at 10:00 AM.

I think this hustle in the cleanest one that I have ever lived!! Every time when I go to use their toilet,I always amaze by how clean the restrooms they are.Also, the bed is comfortable,the floor is clean ,too.I love their coffee machine, because I can try some special drinks just in the hustle,like Teh Traik, White Coffee,and Milo(Singapore people really like Milo.)I think it's lucky for me to have such a wonderful living experience,I will recommend my friends this hustle when they go to Singapore next time.

Some guests might think that the receptionist is rude but after a few conversation, i realised they're just being straight forward. Just shoot if you have any question, they will be happy to help! :) Pros: -You would be thrilled to know that they offer free luggage storage btwn 9am-6pm! (My bus was 7pm so i leave my luggage there after checking out) -Free flow coffee, milo etc. -Comfy bed -Plenty of washrooms -No shoes allowed inside but they provide slippers for shower use -Completely self check in. (Password for first entrance is the last 6 digits of your booking number & for bedroom entrance is the same plus # at the end) -Great location Cons: -At least 2 flight of stairs depending which floor your room is (If you have bad knees, you might want to reconsider it) -A little difficult to climb the tiny staircase to upper bunk bed Other than that, everything were great!

I really love the Capsule pod. It is very clean,safe and quiet. The staff always vacuum the floors, clean the restrooms and change beddings. The staff are very approachable, always smile and helpful. The location is also great. One suggestion only is that, the signage should be bigger and clear so it is easy to locate.

Improved on second visit”
My second time at this hostel. I wrote everything I liked about this hostel since seven months ago. This time though it clearly has improved in the area of service, no staff pouting or giving guests unnecessary attitude like before. A male staff whom I just met this time was even polite and approachable. Its real downside would just be the 3 pm check-in and 10.30 am check-out policy, but that’s still acceptable.

almost everything is amazing, it is just that there's no available lower bed for me and i'm having a hard time climbing up to my bed which is also kinda scary. but all in all great stay I recommend it to anyone who will travel to Singapore. Bus stop and esp. MRT is just in front of the hotel. I will book again when I comeback next year hoping a lower bed will be available for me.

Near Chinatown mrt exit E. Dormitory is perfect! Clean and comfortable. Unlimited free drinks (hot and cold). Cheers convenient store at a few footsteps. Cons are shower and toilet bowl is combine. Quite noisy during afternoon, the ladder to get to the higher entry of bed is abit too small seems a little dangerous to climb up and down. People keep slamming the door. Hope the staff can kindly tell guests not to slam the door out of courtesy. Aircon throughout day and night except 11am to 2pm.

It was clean, comfortable, near to MRT station, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that less comfortable for me was the vertical pods. I stayed in upper bunk bed with vertical directions. The hole is just not spacious and the stairs was so small on the side of the pod's hole. It's require an extra effort to climb and reach the bed. I think the horizontal direction bed will be more comfortable to climb since it's more spacious.
