Acceptable”
Pros : Hotel capsule are new and absolutely very clean. Toilet are very clean too. There's payable washing machine and dryer provided at level 1. Wifi connection was fast. Hotel is nearby Pasar Seni MRT station where you can travel to the popular Jalan Bukit Bintang . Pasar Seni LRT where you can travel to KLCC tower and KL Sentral. Plaza Rakyat LRT station is also nearby, you can travel there to intercity TBS bus terminal located at Bandar Tasik Selatan station. Kuala Lumpur KTM train station is also nearby. The hotel is located just beside Petaling Street where they sell Non Authentic branded goods. There's a cafe and bar within the hotel. Cons : Aircon cannot be adjust, it may get too stuffy and no place to sit and hang around.. They should consider having some tables and chairs for guest to hang around within the corridors.

Exceptional”
First time doing a capsule and was impressed. The capsule was spacious and came with many more gadgets and options than expected. The bed was comfortable too. Lockers are outside. I had a really large bag that was too heavy to bring up three big flights of stairs. The bathroom and stairs aren't in the air conditioned areas so it's quite hot in those sections. It's in a great location right next to the night markets in Chinatown. The staff were really nice and helpful which is always a plus. They give you a towel and slippers with a couple of hangers. There isn't any common, social area. I was only there for 2 nights and finding others to hang with wasn't a priority during this visit so this was perfect!

Excellent on all fronts”
I was delighted with Capsule Town. Spotlessly clean. Reasonably priced. Friendly, helpful staff. Great! After a few days I began to find the capsule a bit claustrophobic, but I knew what I was getting into, so I can't complain. It wouldn't hurt to have a mattress that is a little thicker and softer -- but that is minor given the low cost. I will definitely go back. No reservations on that point. Jan from Canada

Good location, best for a quick stop”
I stayed here 2 nights for working trip, but this capsule hotel is only suitable for a quick stop (not more 1 night). Compare to another capsule hotel in KLIA2, this one is far behind because the price is cheaper. Overall cleanliness is acceptable but not fantastic. However, here has more privacy, the capsule door can be locked, and access by card. The access card is needed to enter the stairway to the dorm too. Mixed dorm is at 3rd floor, no lift, I have no problem but please re-consider if you are carrying heavy luggage. Big locker is provided and also use access card to unlock. Hot shower is available. Towel and soap is provided. No drinking water. The bed is thin, everytime I go into the capsule, the bed frame produces sound. When I turn my body during sleep, the bed frame produces sounds too. It's very annoying. The air cond in the capsule cannot switch off, the central air cond in the dorm is very cold at night. I may stay here again but consider single room. Location is good.

We were delighted with our stay in a double room at Capsule Town. Soft mattress, hot water in the shower, enough space, and a sense of privacy, quiet, and security I don't find to the same extent at other places. I plan to go back. Jan

I can rate 9/10. The location was great. Easily access to LRT station which called Pasar Tani. Surroundings are all really clean and they provide towel, slippers and mineral water for us with a recycle bag. Staffs are friendly. Stayed twice at here. Once in the private room, once in the capsule. The capsule was fun.

Good location”
It is a stone away from the transportation hub and right next to the petaling street. But the capsule is not sound proof and seems fragile as the non-sound proofing capsule amplifies the sounds of you crawling into the bed as well as noise from nearby capsules. Overall, the hotel is great and staffs are good and helpful.

My pod lack cold air. The aircon in our room is much colder. You are better of sleeping with you capsule door open to have cooler air. As other users have said, the toilet lacks ventilation. You will sweat again after you shower. I shower cold water btw. Staffs are friendly. I forgot to bring my access card to toilet and theu provided me with at replacement. lol

I loved this hostel! The location is great as it’s right next to petaling street with all the market stalls. The hostel is clean, the capsules are comfy and looks super futuristic. The staff are lovely and friendly. You get a free bottle of water, hangers and flip flops for the duration of your stay!

Excellent Location”
Overall Very good, excellent location with helpful staff. Clean and comfortable capsule beds. Lot of food choices nearby. Petailing street market and central market 1 minute walk. Reggae bar next door plays music that may be a bit loud for some people.

Lack of amneties”
They don't give toothpaste for guest, so make sure you bring your own. Overall it's value for money, but they don't have lift in the building, so you musf take the stairs everytime (mix capsule on 2nd floor, and female capsule on 3rd floor) it's so tiring after you drained your energy to explore the city.

Worthy to visit. ”
Hi there, I came from Thailand and I did select this hotel for staying 3 nights. Just let you all know... If you choose here, it is really worthy.. Everything is great including the attractive places nearby, facilities, and receptionists. To be honest, I am delighted for your warm welcome, especially the receptionist called Lisa who wears Hijab. She is helpful and friendly....she did help me everything and gave me some Malaysian fruit namely Longan.... Therefore, it was great experience for me to stay in here... Trust me!

Its not worth the price you pay as they charge you RM10 touristism tax even though its a capsule and not a room. This shouldn't be as they house several capsules in a single room. Other hostels I stayed before don't do so. My capsule was not cleaned when I checked in. Had to inform the staff to do so and change the sheets. People just hang theirtowels and clothes outside the capsules and the corridors. There are definitely better options elsewhere.

The private room is fantastic!”
We stayed in the private queen room which we thought was really worth it! The design is minimalist and we loved it! A clean mattress, a private bathroom and aircon were all we needed! The location is good as it's right next to Petaling Street. (The room itself is windowless). There is a reggae bar downstairs that played loud music every night until 2am which didn't bother us as we were both so tired from walking every day.

A little noisy and the air-con inside the capsule is not good.”
Beside the capsule hotel is a bar, it will be a little noisy until 3 or 4 in the morning. Another problem is the air-con inside the capsule is not cold enough, it is too hot when you sleep in the capsule.

Can’t expect too much for a cheap hostel, in terms of facilities. It’s good to stay if you have a tight budget. The bed is lockable, which provide some privacy for us, and the bed, room, walkways, and toilet are all clean.
