Practicle but noisy”
I picked this hotel to try it out, sounded interesting. We had a night and a day at KL (2 adults, 3 children under 12) so I thought staying near the airport would be easier. The Capsule is located 15-20min free bus shuttle away from KLIA, or you can take the train KLIA Express for a price. We got 2 "rooms" lodging 3 people each. The photos don't give them credit, they were tiny! However the linen and rooms were clean, and the beds very comfortable. Toilets and showers were shared, towels and soap/shampoo provided. They were pretty clean. A little lounge with free tea and coffee is available. The only downside was the noise. We got unlucky with a group of youngsters on each side of our rooms. They talked loudly until told to shut it... I was told that's the most recurrent complaint, as the walls are very thin. If you hesitate between Capsule and SamaSama, I'd say SamaSama is more comfortable however, the food court available at KLIA2 is absolutely amazing! Just for that I would give Capsule a try! Overall it is a great place if you are very tired and need a cheap place to crash for one night, the kids enjoyed and we felt very safe.

I booked this hotel through Agoda. When I booked this property, in fact, I had no idea what the different between Landside and Airside. When I book my room, what I need was just a capsule hotel at KLIA2 that can accomodate 2-3 people. There was no information whatsoever that gave clear explanation about what the different between "Capsule Transit Lanside" and "Capsule Transit Airside". That lead me to a booking "Transit Capsule (Landside) that was not my preference. I prefer to book the Capsule Transit that is inside the airport building where I do not need to check in Immigration because I was a transit passenger. That preference can be accommodated if I chose "Capsule Transit Airside" instead of "Capsule Transit Landside", where you will need to check out Immigration first to reach this property. Checking out Immigration to stay in the hotel then checking in Immigration to board your next flight will not be convenience, that is wasting your time. Well, Transit Capsule (Airside) is close to Transfer / Transit Passenger Security Check. After this security check, then you turn right, around 75 meter, and the property should be on your right hand side. The room is tiny, enough for one adult only. It is comfortable. They will give you a bag which contains towel, toothbrush, toohtpaste, bottled drinking water, eyecover ans earplug. To avoid any inconvenience, please remember to choose the package of how long you will stay in this property: 1 hour, 3 hours, 6 hours or 12 hours. Yes you can hear your neighbor coughing, sneezing or chatting, closing door, opening door or even walking above you. But you can use your earplug. I myself can sleep very well even when I did not plug my ear with that earplug.

Nice stay for overnight transit”
Nice and friendly staff, nice welcome bag of essentials including water, towel, toiletries, ear plugs and eye mask. The security is quite secured with key cards required to get through different sections. Love the cabin, clean and comfortable. Although the roll-down curtain is not totally sealed, I can still peak outside if I wanted, its totally good enough for a short rest! Highly recommended!

Excellent option for transit and early flight travelers”
I had my flight at 6:30 am for which i need to start from home by 3:30 am. I got to know about this and wanted to try so i have peaceful night sleep. Booked via Agoda and got 12 hrs stay package. Over there at klia2, it's at level 1 and very convenient of traveling from klia 2 Staff and check-in - very smooth. Got a locker to keep things very safe as well Ambience - very neat and clean. Very silent place with a library also available I booked mixed solo which was cool. Need was very convenient. 2 pillows are there - i would have preferred a thin pillow than what was provided. It had plug point for charging mobile Was giving a complimentary water bottle and a towel (to be returned) Toilets were very clean and bathroom also. Very well maintained with soap and shampoo If they give tooth brush, it will be complete

Convenient and Comfortable!”
Stayed here in March of 2022. Summary: - Room feels spacious - Rooms, bathrooms, surroundings are clean. - There's an iron room. - Our locker was located outside of the hotel so it's abit of a hassle to go back and forth. - No proper place to keep big items but you may conveniently park your trollies near the check in counter. - No proper place to eat your takeaways (There is a place but abit hard to eat heavy meals) Overall all is good and a very nice experience. Stayed at the Tune Hotel before this. If I had to choose again, I'd probably still not know which one I prefer over.

I booked a wrong hotel (land-side) instead of Airside. But staff is very nice she helps us to transfer book ing to the airside. The hotel is neat and clean. We had a good sleep before the next flight.

The hotel provided me with a towel and 500ml drinking water when I checked in at 1am. As I needed to catch a flight at 6am, I slept well, woke up at 4pm, and got ready including taking a shower so I could drop my luggage at 5am and catch my flight at 6am. There are showers, shampoo, and hair dryer in the showroom. Luggage lockers are provided outside the hotel for your use. If you do not wish to climb the stairs for the upper level of capsule room, you may want to request to sleep in the lower level capsule room during booking.

Convenient”
Good choice to stay here instead of in the airport waiting area. I was able to sleep even if you can here the outside. I suggest to use a noise canceling headphones. Used the shower and toilet to refresh before my flight. Bed was comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful. I would stay again.

Perfect after a long flight”
I arrived late in the evening and instead of continuing to the city and trying to find my accomodation there I stayed my first night here. It was a good decision. I had a very good sleep. I like the industrial touch in the interior design. I would stay here again.

Good for layover flights”
5th time staying here. Great for a short stay and to refresh yourself. Toilets were clean. Toothbrush, toothpaste and towel is provided. There is a hairdryer in the toilet. Basically they provide all the basic amenities needed for a quick recharge. Maybe not so suitable for light sleepers as you can hear people walking around. Otherwise it's a pretty comfortable stay to have a short rest.

This is a great place to stay if you have a layover (without needing to travel to town) or an early morning flight. The location is great - right inside the airport with lots of F&B options and the staff, the service, the room and the bathroom are all five stars. Highly recommended!

Very quiet ”
I love it! I had the much needed rest before the long day I had starting with an early morning flight. Although we're in very close quarters, it was very quiet and the capsules are sturdy, so it doesn't shake if someone tosses and turns. I truly appreciate that they gave me a bottom bunk since my knees are not great. My stay also came with a locker to myself. The bathroom is a bit far but it's still very well maintained. super convenient to have this capsule hotel in the airport itself.

for those catching early flight and no place to crash can come here, no worries bout the "door" because there are CCTVs watching around, shared toilet but it was clean and nice. overall, it a good place for you to lie down and take a nap while waiting for the next flight. it's just a capsule where there only a bed for you. no door, just a curtain to roll down . luggage need to be store at the locker for security purposes. .bathroom, changing room are outside. so .......for solo traveler,ok. but not for family.

Worth the money ”
The check-in process is quite easy and you may ask for lower or upper bed. The receptionists are nice and helpful since it's kinda confusing for me to find the shower room etc. The room is comfortable, quite spacious compared to my expectation but do take note that it's not soundproof since you can hear people coming in and out, coughing. It's not a problem for me but light sleeper won't be fond of this situation. I do read before that people complaining about the air-conditioning but for me, it's okay - not too hot or cold. The shower room is nice and I really enjoyed my stay there since I can have a hot shower before my morning flight. You can also request for a locker during the check-in process. However, the hotel can improve their housekeeping services since I found hair in my capsule and it seemed like they just use the same bedsheets and cover without changing them.
