Overnight stay without exiting the airport”
It’s good place to have a snooze esp when there is a big layover between flights. The staff were very efficient ( the lady even fixed the screw on one of hinges which had fallen out!) has clean toilets ( common sharing ) and a lot of capsules . Better to book in advance during peak days . On the flip side it was s bit warm , some more air circulation would have been more comfortable.

The room is not noise proof. Better to have ur anc hedphone together. Honestly all customer are care about others. They sleep and not making much noise. Except this 1 family with kid chinese. Playing games at 2am. I heard the staff give warning. But the kid still make some noise sometimes. Stupid family. Other than this kid, no more problem. The toilet was so comfortable. Bed and pillow also very very nice. Absolutely will come again if got early flight. Thx capsule hotel!

Excellent option inside KLIA ”
The capsule is inside the airport with excellent facilities. Its better to prebook than buying in person. They take 50Myr as advance and payback at checkuot. Excellent place for sleeping and resting.

Wrong booking!”
Made a mistake. I'm supposed to book the landside of capsule located at level 1 of klia2. But i booked airside which is situated after the security counter in international departure/arrival. But staff is kind enough to transfer my booking with no additional cost. Room is awesome. Doesn't feel claustrophobic at all. Common bathroom and toilet is good too. I would definitely consider to stay here again.

Not a budget option for what it is but acceptable. They should work on a less intensive plastic package. The staff is nice and the place is clean although not well maintained (one of the lights didn't work). They should flag the cash deposit. Its one of those uncomfortable things as I normally don't use cash

Had a flight cancellation. Booked the wrong capsule - onside the transit area instead but they were able to transfer me to the one outside the transit area.

Great for layovers”
Great facility to rest while waiting for the next flight. The bed was clean and comfortable. Luggage storage was also provided. Loved their shower room! Little pricey for a 6-hour stay, but it saved me from a 12-hour layover. It was a nice stay though! I will definitely stay again.

Im not aware that this hotel is inside the departure area where after checkin counter and immigration. Good thing that same capsule hotel outside the departure area accepted me and transfer my reservation without any cost
