It is not a usual hotel but a special experience. Staying in a fun and small but yet enough for two to rest and sleep and shower and enjoy the beauty of mountain and valley. All I need from a hotel is in the caravan. Including hot shower and hair dryer and simple kitchen and comfortable bed and social area. Breakfast is delicious and service is great. Staffs are all very genuine and friendly. They treated guests warmly like family and friends. The ambience of gathering tent is so interesting and authentic and I couldn’t stop taking pictures. It’s great to have access to habitas hotel for their instagramic swimming pool. I also enjoy my time in habitats pool. Staffs there are also fantastic. Buggies in both resorts are quite available and staffs were very helpful and willing to do their jobs. I totally recommend habitas group more than the other five star tented hotel in the Ashar valley.

I love how easy it is about this place to experience AlUla. I can access the famous Ashar Valley. Waking up in the middle of mountains. Watching movie in the sand at night. Admiring beautiful stars in the sky. Caravan is not the same experience as hotel stay. But I had so much fun and joy staying in caravan. Big thanks for the staffs. Staffs are all friendly and helpful and genuinely treating guests like family. They are smiley and happy. I believe Our Habitas group trained their staff well compared to the other international hotel tented resort. I stayed in the other international brand in Ashar valley after the caravan. Much bigger space and meant to be 5 star luxury hotel but the staffs aren’t as good as the ones I met in Caravan and Our Habitas.

I really enjoyed my stay at Caravan AlUla. The location is stunning, surrounded by breathtaking desert landscapes, and the caravan itself was comfortable and stylish. The food was truly amazing—definitely a highlight of my trip. However, there were a couple of points that could be improved. At the swimming pool, a staff member questioned us as if we were outside guests and said we would need to pay to use or even walk by the pool. This created an uncomfortable moment, especially since pool access should already be included for both Caravan and Habitas booked guests. Another area for improvement is the activity calendar. The Caravan website listed a yoga class that we planned to attend, but the actual schedule at the main Habitas venue was different. It would be great if the online schedule was kept up to date to avoid confusion. Overall, though, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience, and I would recommend Caravan AlUla for its food, atmosphere, and unique desert setting. With a little fine-tuning in communication and guest experience, it could be a perfect stay.
