Everything is great”
Friendly receptionist and great services, great location because near with shopping areas, taxis lining up in front of the hotel, 3 mins walk from MRT Gate, Jalan Alor just few blocks from the hotel and Will Be Coming Back to this hotel again.
Air conditioning is really fail”
Morning shif the staff is terrible bad in service but night staff is better always smile to use when we come in. Really need to complain the room air condition really cannot call air condition can say sonar really hot cant even sleep until morning. When raining the room will leak out of water from the ceiling. Hope my comment will help to important the hotel service and facilities.
155 one room is unvalued”
Staff are friendly and good. the facilities of the room is not at good condition. The toilet's door cannot be locked, hairdryer also no function good, the cover of the rubbish bin also broken. location is very good, near LOT 10 and the station KTM. the room is clean
Clean hotel.. n the workers very polite d helpful... will sure come back to this hotel
The hotel is strategically located at the heart of bukit bintang. Don't expect more for the money you've paid for. They only provide the complimentary drinks on the first day. However the room is quite clean and spacious. They didn't provide you with the bathroom amenities but guardian is just infront of the hotel for you to get one. Walking distance to jln alor. The great streetfood night market.
Cheap & strategic location”
This hotel is cheap, clean, strategic located in Bukit Bintang & quiet big. The only thing is they don't provide daily free bottled water, they just give you once. The door is quiet noisy because if u don't hold on to it, it will slam shut. The hotel is quiet noisy especially in the morning. The last time we stayed there in March 2018 for two days on the 6th floor there was this family of Filipinos who were super noisy & have no respect for other guests. They were loud every morning & treated the hotel like their own house. I have never experienced such disrespectful & noisy people before in my life. They have no self-control. It was like they were the only ones staying there.
We arrrived on 18th Feb 2018 at 1pm plus. The check in was smooth. The rooms already ready for us. The receptions very friendly. Rooms abit old but clean. The bathroom was too small but ok. N very clean. No loud noises etc. Overall our stay was pleasant. Will come back here in the future.
great location, but thats it. ”
Centre of bukit Bintang location is superb, but cleanliness is so low, cockroaches in the room, dusty, sheets are not clean, towels color should be white, but its more light brown also nk fridge in the room. Positive was: safety box in the room, hot water and location. If u dont care is it clean or not then recommend, otherwise stay away.
bad management and room dirty”
I'm had booking the family room but while check in they give me the other room with no lift at that building, then my family trip have small child and senior citizen, then feel very hard to use the stair, then the room have small cockroach, no next time check in....just value for money
A quaint, unpretentious hotel that's perfectly located at the heart of Bukit Bintang. About 2 mins from Jalan Alor, 5 mins from the Pavillion and Starhill, and about 8 mins from Berjaya Times Square. It has a 7-11 right acrosa the street and lots of money changers around. There's no cable (they're only subsribed to local TV channels), but wth, if you're a foreigner, you don't go to KL to watch TV anyway. Staff's accomodating and ready to help out if you're a bit challenged with directions, like I am.
The room is clean, the staffs are nice too, and the location is near to food stalls n plaza. It also provide the hair dryer n water heater. The one that missing is the mini fridge but it doesn't really matter to us.
nice hotel ”
Its was nice and comfortable stay, I was their for 2 nights. Only the problem is they don't give toothpaste which is strange for me!!! because such a big hotel and room!! Another point they don't have restaurant, but their is lots of restaurant nearby.
This hotel is really basic. We chose this simply because of its location and we couldn't book other as it was pretty last minute weekend trip. The room is not soundproof, so on the first night we "enjoyed" free music from the street performers, couldn't sleep till they finished at around 2+AM. It claimed to have WiFi in the room, but signal is so pathetic, our phone couldn't even detect it. The only place to get it was the lobby. Both room and bathroom floor were slippery. Don't know what they use to clean the floor with, but we have to use our footwear all the time in the room. All in all, i guess we get what we paid for. Though it wont hurt much i guess if they can provide complimentary mineral water. And a make over in near future will be decent too.
Dirty smells and no hot water ”
I have stayed there a few times but this will be my last. Hotel is getting to old with no repairs done over the last 1 year as I can see. It smell of smoke on all floors, Floors dirty rooms have no frigid anymore. Only 2 channels on the TV. And No hot water at all in the room I stayed in
I love the hotel and the staffs !!”
Location is wow, the room is so spacious and comfortable and clean, the staffs are so helpful and friendly.. No breakfast, it is just fine because it located near the famous hawker place, Alor Street.. the bathroom is small, just fine with us because we don't like bathtub and prefer shower.. Convenience store is just opposite the hotel.. It nears to almost every well known shopping malls.. The hotel looked old fashioned but I would rate it 4 stars for the room and I love the staffs !! They are so friendly and helpful.. we stay at triple family room no. 407.. I will remember that room number so I can ask for it for our next trip.. Thank you Cardogan for making our vacation even more enjoyable..
It was my first time staying at Cardogan. The lobby needs a makeover as it doesn't look nice. It looks cheap. The room was not that big or too small. Quite okay for me. The bed was quiet comfortable. There was no mini fridge. You have to pay to use the iron for one hour. Very surprising. The bathroom was small. The weirdest thing about this hotel was the outlets, they have a lot of international outlets, you would imagine it using the same outlets as Britain. There were about two British outlets which we also use in Singapore & Brunei like in Malaysia as well. The tv channels switch off at 1am and switch on at 8 if Im not mistaken. So before & after that time there's nothing for u to watch which was a first as I have stayed in many hotels around the world. at night you can hear people singing I think probably from a karaoke bar or whatever,. It was noisy. the rooms are separated by a door going to the lift & my room was near the door. You hear people opening the door & closing it at night. So u can imagine the noise. The housekeeping was unbelievably noisy in the morning especially the two elderly Chinese housekeepers. They should know that it is a hotel not a market. I found a strand of long black hair in the fold of my towel three times. Talk about being unsanitary. And I think there is no bellboy to help us with the luggage. The only good thing was the location near bukit bintang. I wouldnt stay at the hotel again. I didn't like it.
Had a stay with my wife for 2 nights.. The room was very clean compare to what you see outside but the room was quite small. In terms of price is pretty cheap I shall gave this hotel a 3 star.. and location wise is awesome.. aferall me and wife enjoyed the stay..
