nice n confortable
love it. the room quite big compare to all the hotels in hong kong.. the breakfast quite simple but stil satisfying.. when we check out at 5am , they even prepare us 2 set of breakfast to bring to the airport.. the room is so clean. the location so convenient, a lot of restaurants n also convenient store like 7/11.. so i love it.. near to the train station .. will sure to come again..

Overall satisfaction
It comes to my satisfaction at Single Room in overall experience. It would be much better if the bed slightly bigger in a 18sq meter room which looks disproportion.

Staff are very responsive to request especially from the Housekeeping Dept when we requested for extra pillows and clearing up broken glasses after we broke a drinking glass.
