This budget hotel is perfect for large groups”

Restful, comfortable, hassle-free

We booked two rooms for our overnight stay in Legazpi City at this hotel because we were a large group of 11 people. There's nothing much to say except that it was a drive-thru type of hotel and there was no food being sold in the hotel. Nevertheless, we were all able to get some sleep for our trip early next day and was able to check out fast.

perfect location but bad/no service at all”

location and affordability

i did a lot of research in agoda and found this hotel to be in the perfect location for our mayon volcano tour and legazpi city tour. but when we got to the hotel, no one but a boy (maybe 18 or 19 year old??) was sitting in the unrecognizable front desk. although he was expecting us becuase he did have a printout of our reservation, all he did was give us the key to the room, turn on the a/c then left us. breakfast was served in the morning but we couldnt order extra food. we left the hotel without by just handing the key to someone, i dont know who. we were like ghosts in a deserted hotel and no one even bothered to make us feel welcome. we had to ask around to get transportation within the city. no service at all! not even bad service! no service at all!

Convient”

The place is by the main road, Rawis. It was convenient to go to other places since tricycles and jeepneys ply this road. Cleanliness and staff was just okay. However in Room 7, there was no hot shower and the toilet flush's water would go out of the bowl. The air conditioning works but is too noisy

Cheap and nice stuff”

Cheap, stuff, helpful

The hotel was low budget - sure, but i dont mind and it was clean. I had problems with my arm and they were very helpful that i can do my tour as planned. As they recognized that we paid for our first daytrip too much, they took us around on their own and provided information. They also paid for the stamp as i asked them to send ithe postcard from the post office. Breakfast was ok too.

Your money's worth, and not much else”

Location near government regional offices, secure parking, big bathroom, breakfast

Minimal service, room clean enough but the Lysol I brought came in handy to banish some odd smells, beddings not good though mattress was firm, no towels, breakfast only at 7 am and not earlier.

24 Hours Open!”

Vibe of the room is homey. Wifi connection is strong but phone signal is weak. Most of the time there's no available staff that we can talk to. No TV as well in our room and the comfort room is pretty old. You have to ask for items you need because most of them are not yet present in the room like trash bins and towels. Location is kinda far from the main commercial areas, too. Value for money is fine, though!

For improvement”

I'm not sure where the problem was but per agoda, there was room available. When I got to the location, it was fully booked. The staff did accommodate me but the room assigned was terrible. It was unkept and has bad electricity except for the aircon and lights. When I plugged my phone for charging in all the outlets, it notified abnormal charging every time. Also, they serve breakfast pretty late - a major downer. I hope they consider improving their facilities and services.

Reasonably priced but room had mosquitoes”

Place is near the airport

the caretaker of the place was hospitable enough but the room had mosquitoes since the room was neaar the reception area where the front door was open the entire day. the lavatory was clogged and the tv had no remote control. we asked for towels as our room didn't have any and were given old ones that looked like they were not properly washed.

Total dump”

We paid for room in advance, upon arrival we were given some room that was free. Room wasn't even cleaned, one could see that it hadn't been in use for a while. Bedsheets were old and overused and with holes, when we asked for new ones they still gave us ones with holes. There was pile of dead cockroaches near the bed and some alive ones walking freely from the hole in the corner of the ceiling. Huge spider in toilet paper holder and spider webs in every corner of the room. Only next morning other rooms became vacant. They offered us two choices: one room where shower was broken, or other room where there was no toilet seat. When asked if they can give us toilet seat, answer was "It doesn't matter". To be honest then their location isn't very good either, it is quite far from town already and there are way better places available for similar price.

We were expecting more to cherish in our stay not just in Bicol but most especially with our room. Our room was clean, however, the faucets are not working, the shower head and the toilet's flush were broken, the window doesn't have locks, and the staff were not there when we came or we need them. There was no one around.
